Dit zijn drie best practices die je kunnen helpen om nog beter te worden, ongeacht wat je doelstellingen zijn.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Stop nooit na \u00e9\u00e9n zoekactie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Stel, je voert een gerichte zoekactie uit op LinkedIn en je vindt een hele buts uitstekende kandidaten. Klaar is Kees, zou je toch zeggen?<\/p>\n<p>Niet echt. \u201cGoed genoeg\u201d is een verleidelijke gedachte, maar je grijpt daardoor wel naast een groot aantal gekwalificeerde kandidaten.<\/p>\n<p>Dit zegt sourcing expert Glen Cathey in zijn <a href=\"http:\/\/booleanblackbelt.com\/2012\/03\/top-15-common-talent-sourcing-mistakes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boolean Black Belt blog<\/a>: \u201cElke zoekactie die je uitvoert, betekent dat je geschikte mensen zowel insluit als uitsluit.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><b>Wees creatief<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Afgaan op wat eerder goed werkte, is een verleidelijke strategie. Maar een creatieve aanpak kan er juist voor zorgen dat je kandidaten opspoort die anders onder de radar zouden blijven.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens een recente <a href=\"https:\/\/business.linkedin.com\/talent-solutions\/blog\/2014\/11\/14-out-of-the-box-sourcing-tips-for-finding-top-talent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn Talent Connect<\/a> conferentie gaven sourcing experts een inkijk in hun alternatieve methodes om geschikte kandidaten te vinden. Een paar voorbeelden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flickr en Pinterest:<\/strong> Mensen gebruiken vaak deze twee netwerken of foto\u00b4s te plaatsen van hun afstudeerfeestje. Als je zoekt naar mensen met een heel specifiek diploma, kan dit een uitstekende bron zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Blogs:<\/b> Niet alleen kunstenaars houden portfolio&#8217;s en blogs bij. Specialisten op allerlei gebieden geven steeds vaker hun visie op blogpagina&#8217;s die een veel beter beeld geven van kandidaten dan profielen op sociale media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>&#8230;Maar vervang niet je gewone sourcing-methodes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Effectief mensen vinden is vooral een zaak van goed tijd indelen. Om een paar uur effici\u00ebnt te besteden aan sourcing, moet je kunnen teruggrijpen op een bewezen en betrouwbare werkroutine.<\/p>\n<p>De populairste bronnen zijn niet voor niets zo gewild.
