Toch geeft slechts een derde van de werkgevers aan de candidate experience structureel te meten. Dat blijkt uit kwalitatief onderzoek van Connexys onder HR-directeuren en HR-beslissers.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">De markt wordt krapper<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een opvallende uitkomst, aangezien 74 procent van de ondervraagden verwacht dat de schaarste van talent de komende jaren sterk zal toenemen. Wie in deze <em>\u2018War for Talent\u2019<\/em> in the lead wil blijven, doet er dan ook goed aan te investeren in een positief imago en een hechte relatie met de arbeidsmarktdoelgroepen. De kandidaatbeleving speelt immers een belangrijke rol in het wervings- en matchingsproces.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Employer brand als valkuil<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>63 procent van de HR-beslissers geeft aan de komende jaren flink te zullen investeren in hun <em>employer brand<\/em>. Een constructieve beslissing, want een sterk werkgeversimago maakt het makkelijker de juiste mensen aan te trekken, te boeien en aan je te binden. Hier dient zich gelijk een belangrijke valkuil aan. Niet het employer brand, maar de kandidaat zou immers centraal moeten staan bij alle recruitmentactiviteiten.<br \/>\nJan van Goch, CMO van Connexys:<em> \u201cToch zien wij in de praktijk nog vaak dat het eigen proces leidend is. In de ori\u00ebntatie- en sollicitatieprocessen wordt de kandidaatbeleving nog maar mondjesmaat structureel gemeten. Een gemiste kans, want deze feedback biedt je een schat aan kansen om de relatie met potentieel talent te verbeteren en te verstevigen. Hoe beter de relatie, des te beter de uiteindelijke match. Bovendien kun je deze kennis weer inzetten bij toekomstige werving en selectie.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Vacaturesite<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De recruitmentsite is bij drie kwart van de respondenten het belangrijkste instrument van de werving. Ook op deze plaats heeft een organisatie tal van mogelijkheden om de candidate journey te verrijken, zeker als je deze koppelt aan een goed <a title=\"Wat is een recruitmentsysteem\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/recruitmentsysteem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATS<\/a>. De reis van de kandidaat begint bij de eerste kennismaking en kan doorlopen tot en met de onboarding. Hoe komt een kandidaat met jou in aanraking, langs welke weg komt hij op de site, welke informatie heeft hij nodig, hoe ervaart hij de verschillende fasen van het sollicitatieproces, hoe verlopen de contacten na aanname? <em>\u201cBedenk hoe jij van elke stap in de journey een echte \u2018experience\u2019 kan maken\u201d<\/em>, aldus Jan van Goch. <em>\u201cAls je dat doet, cre\u00eber je een persoonlijke beleving.
