Het bedrijf heeft als slogan: business done differently. Een kolfje naar de hand van Heleen Stoevelaar, recruitmentmanager van Conclusion. Volgens haar gaat het bij recruitment allemaal om passie en verleiden. Het recruitmentteam van alle verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen ging volledig op de schop. Recruiters kregen nieuwe opdrachten en nieuwe doelgroepen. Niet langer wordt uitgegaan van specialismen en kennis, maar van energie en het verdiepen in de kandidaat.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Hoge conversie<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je echt verdiepen in de drijfveren van de kandidaat. Dat kreeg de focus in de nieuwe werving van Conclusion. Het bleek dat IT&#8217;ers erg ge\u00efnteresseerd zijn in films, games en gadgets. Hierop aansluitend is tijdens de premi\u00e8re van Spectre van James Bond, ook de trailer van WerkenbijConclusion ge\u00efntroduceerd. En met succes. Het leverde onverwacht hoge conversie op en vergrootte ook de betrokkenheid bij de huidige medewerkers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Werving en employer branding<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Momenteel zijn er 2000 mensen in dienst bij de IT-dienstverlener. In 2020 moet het aantal medewerkers verdubbeld zijn. En dat niet alleen: ook moet Conclusion topwerkgever worden in de markt. Een behoorlijke uitdaging, waarvan het promotiefilmpje een mooie start voor was. Ook bij Serious Request was Conclusion prominent aanwezig.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Referral recruitment<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Doel is om 40% van de kandidaten in te laten vullen door referral recruitment. Want wie weet nou beter wie een goede IT&#8217;er is, dan een andere goede IT&#8217;er? De bonus van \u20ac2500,- was totaal geen trigger. Nu werken ze met een puntensysteem. Voor elke persoonlijke motivatie bij een cv krijg je punten. Elke extra stap in het referral programma levert extra punten op. Aan het puntensysteem hangen allerlei leuke incentives, zoals een reisje, een voorkeursparkeerplaats, een lunch met de directie, noem maar op. Dit levert enorm veel betrokkenheid op van de medewerkers. Uit onderzoek is gebleken dat mensen die via referral binnenkomen meer betrokken zijn en langer blijven.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Eigen kweek<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Conclusion investeert veel in het zelf opleiden van schaars personeel, zoals bijvoorbeeld Linux specialisten. Een mooi maatschappelijk project dat ook zakelijk veel succes heeft, is het aantrekken van mensen via het UWV. Deze zijn geselecteerd op soft skills en worden vervolgens intern opgeleid en begeleid tot IT&#8217;er.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Primeur: onboarding app<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Primeur bij Conclusion is de onboarding app. Nieuw aangenomen medewerkers krijgen gedoseerd en continu via hun mobiel leuke nieuwtjes, nuttige informatie, filmpjes etc. Na vijfenhalve maand is je profiel compleet en beschik je over alle informatie die anderen ook hebben. Dit project wordt geleidelijk uitgerold over alle medewerkers, zodat iedereen opgenomen is. Dit is enorm belangrijk voor retentie van goede medewerkers. Heleen Stoevelaar vindt dat recruitment een veel grotere rol moet spelen in de opvolging van de hires en de retentie van je human resources. Java-specialisten bijvoorbeeld worden zo krachtig gehunt, dat het van essentieel belang is om ze vast te houden als je ze met veel moeite hebt binnengehaald.<\/p>\n<p>De onboarding en de stay on board app geven natuurlijk veel mooie mogelijkheden om de candidate en de employee experience te meten op verschillende momenten in het traject.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Plannen voor 2016<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Er staat nog heel wat op het programma, zoals <a title=\"Lees meer over de talent marketing activity manager\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/talent-marketing-activity-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">talentpooling<\/a>, een traineeprogramma en een volledig nieuwe werken-bij site. En een heleboel lawaai tijdens de Sambadag die Conclusion op het moment aan het voorbereiden is.
