De sector staat behoorlijk onder druk en door de bezuinigingen is het aantal banen sterk afgenomen. Reorganisaties en fusies zijn in de zorgsector eerder regel dan uitzondering. Toch is er altijd behoefte aan goed personeel.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Arbeidsmarktperspectieven<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Het aantal vacatures in de zorg is ongekend laag. De afgelopen jaren zijn <a title=\"CBS nieuwsbericht\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/nieuws\/2015\/50\/vooral-banenverlies-langdurige-zorg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">duizenden banen<\/a> verloren gegaan. De Keuzegids MBO 2016 stelde de prognose voor kans op werk in de zorg zelfs bij van \u2018matig\u2019 naar \u2018slecht\u2019. Toch wordt ook in deze sector nog volop geworven. Er is immers altijd behoefte aan goede medewerkers. Voor specifieke beroepen op hoger en wetenschappelijk niveau heerst zelfs een heuse schaarste. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan wijkverpleegkundigen, praktijkondersteuners, huisartsen of specialisten in de geriatrie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Mooie voorbeelden uit de praktijk<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ook in de gehandicaptenzorg is een continue vraag naar personeel. Zorginstelling <a title=\"Bekijk de recruitmentsite van Amerpoort\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amerpoort.nl\/nieuws\/berichten\/2015\/10\/amerpoort-wint-digitaal-werven-award-2015.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amerpoort<\/a> startte een mooie wervingscampagne, die in 2015 zelfs bekroond werd met een Award voor de beste online sollicitatiebeleving. Ook bij onze klanten in de zorg zien wij mooie voorbeelden van employer branding en recruitment. Voor HR en recruitment betekent dit een mooie uitdaging. Een veranderende organisatie betekent immers veelal ook andere eisen aan de medewerkers.
