Kranten, elektronicazaken, boekenwinkels, muziekwinkels, reisbureaus en zelfs taxibedrijven; allemaal vertrokken ze meer en meer uit de straat richting daar waar de strijd om de consument \u00e9cht gewonnen wordt: online.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Connexys roepen we het al enige tijd en nu lijkt het dan echt te gebeuren: recruitment wordt online marketing. Ook de detacherings- en uitzendbranche verdwijnt steeds meer uit straten en kantoorpanden en kiest strategisch voor het web.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Online, daar waar het verschil gemaakt wordt<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Eigenlijk is het logisch dat klanten ons steeds vaker vragen welke mogelijkheden onze <a title=\"Recruitment oplossingen voor bureaus\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/oplossingen\/voor-bureaus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recruitmenttechnologie<\/a> biedt in combinatie met <a title=\"Het belang van SEO voor recruitment\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/het-belang-van-seo-voor-recruitment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online marketing<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/product\/recruitment-marketing-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">marketing automation<\/a>. Maar ook dichtbij huis zijn er sprekende voorbeelden als Coolblue, Bol.com en NU.nl.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">E-recruitment<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Maar deze bedrijven zijn voor een groot deel e-tailers, dat is wel even anders dan een uitzendbureau of detacheringsbedrijf, zouden traditionele recruiters kunnen denken. O ja? En wat nu als we stellen dat een kandidaat ook een klant is? Dat de kandidaat evengoed moet en wil worden verleid? En als we daaraan toevoegen dat we in potentie allemaal kandidaten zijn, die gewend zijn door moderne e-tailers op maat gesneden content gepresenteerd te krijgen en aanbiedingen die ons op het lijf geschreven lijken te zijn? Dan lijkt de afstand tussen retail en recruitment of e-tail en e-recruitment plotseling een stuk minder groot.<\/p>\n<p>Stel je als recruiter of consultant eens voor dat je w\u00e9\u00e9t welke kandidaat je website heeft bezocht en welke vacatures hij heeft bekeken en hoe lang. Welke referenties of andere content hij op de website bekeek. Hoe vaak hij terugkwam, wat de frequentie en het interval hiervan waren.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Candidate nurturing<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Je kunt deze latente kandidaat, om in marketingtermen te blijven, gaan <a title=\"Over visvijvers, voer en candidate journeys\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/over-visvijvers-visvoer-candidate-journeys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nurturen<\/a>, ofwel koesteren. Laat staan dat hij dit bij de concurrenten kenbaar gemaakt heeft.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">En het wordt n\u00f3g beter<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Als we ook hier weer de parallel naar e-tail trekken, wordt het nog beter. Je weet namelijk, net als de e-tailers dat van hun klanten weten, precies w\u00e1t jouw kandidaat interesseert en w\u00e1t hij zoekt. Je recruiters, intercedenten of consultants kunnen hem nu direct benaderen voor bemiddeling op juist die aanvraag of vacature waarvan zij eigenlijk al zo goed als zeker weten dat de kandidaat hiernaar op zoek is.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Verwennerij<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wat zouden je klanten ervan vinden als jij hiermee altijd net een beetje sneller bent dan je concurrenten? Wat zouden je recruiters of intercedenten ervan vinden als ze nieuwe hengels krijgen, waarmee ze al beet hebben voordat de vis \u00fcberhaupt in de vijver zwemt?
