Voor het werven en selecteren van talentvolle kandidaten, maar om sollicitanten\u00a0een betere candidate experience bieden. Tijdens het event Big Data en recruitment vertelde Arjen Hettinga van <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oogstonline.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oogst<\/a> over de mogelijkheden van online marketing voor recruitment.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing is zoveel gaver geworden dan het was. Met alle data die je kunt genereren, kunnen we van alles over onze kandidaten te weten komen. En daar kan je dan weer hele interessante dingen mee doen. <!--more-->Om feedback te krijgen, interactie te cre\u00ebren en naar aanleiding van het gedrag heel gerichte\u00a0contacten te leggen en het perfecte aanbod te doen. Ook wordt het mogelijk om adequate voorspellingen te doen over de voorkeuren en het gedrag van je doelgroep.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Technologie is ons te slim af<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De technologie kan ons daar een handje bij helpen. IBM ontwikkelde &#8216;Watson&#8217;, een computer die niet alleen miljoenen feiten opslaat, maar ook razendsnel verbanden legt en overeenkomsten herkent. Bekijk in deze video hoe Watson tijdens een potje Jeopardy de twee beste spelers aller tijden het nakijken gaf:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Technologie en recruitment marketing<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Deze slimme technologie geeft mooie kansen voor recruitment marketing. Informatie over de <a title=\"Trends HR en recruitment 2016\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/onderzoek-belangrijke-trends-voor-hr-en-recruitment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candidate experience<\/a>, de hele feedback loop, maar ook kan je inzichtelijk maken hoe de kandidaten die geworven zijn uiteindelijk in de organisatie presteren. Komen ze tot hun recht, hoe lang blijven ze, welke beloningssystemen werken het beste voor hen? De technologie en de capaciteit voor dataopslag is enorm, maar we maken er nog lang niet optimaal gebruik van. We zijn er nog niet, maar het recruitmentvak gaat daar zeker naar toe.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Een betere candidate journey<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Volgens onderzoek is\u00a089% van alle marketeers ervan overtuigd dat de concurrentiestrijd uiteindelijk gewonnen gaat worden op experience. Mooi voorbeeld daarvan is Coolblue. Altijd net wat duurder dan de concurrentie, maar de consument is graag bereid meer te betalen vanwege de beleving. Hetzelfde geldt voor het employer brand: Coolblue betaalt gemiddeld 10% minder salaris dan de benchmark, maar wie wil er nou niet werken voor deze coole werkgever?<\/p>\n<p>Hoe meer je weet van een kandidaat en zijn voorkeuren, hoe beter je alle wervingsacties kunt aanpassen op de specifieke wensen van elke kandidaat in elke fase van de hele <a title=\"Blog: Alles draait om de kandidaat, toch?\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/alles-draait-om-de-kandidaat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candidate journey<\/a>.\u00a0In de fase van acquisitie wordt uit verschillende bronnen oneindig veel data verzameld. Als je die koppelt aan de kennis van HR en management, dan heb je als recruiter goud in handen.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7971 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2016\/07\/Customer-journey-e1467809920246.png\" alt=\"Customer experience\" width=\"560\" height=\"500\" \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Bied de kandidaat\u00a0een mooi concert<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Arjen vergelijkt een perfecte kandidaatbenadering met een concert. Om een goed concert te maken heb je verschillende muzikanten nodig die elk de beste zijn met hun instrument. Maar als je die muzikanten allemaal hun eigen gang laat gaan, wordt het een kakofonie vol goede bedoelingen. Wat je nodig hebt, is een dirigent. Iemand die precies weet wat het publiek wil horen, op welk moment en in welke vorm. Iemand die alle online marketing acties op elkaar afstemt. Zodat je na je sollicitatie op Google of social media geen vacatures meer ziet, maar een mooie employer branding video. Of een interessant blog.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Bakkersbrein<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Eigenlijk, zegt Arjen, willen we allemaal een bakkersbrein. Je weet wel, die bakker op de hoek, die precies weet welk brood jij en je gezinsleden het lekkerst vinden. Die weet dat je in het weekend graag uitgebreid ontbijt en dat je in juli twee weken met vakantie gaat. Zo&#8217;n bakker die jouw favoriete taart al heeft klaarstaan, omdat hij weet dat je dochter vandaag jarig is. Dankzij big data kunnen wij een\u00a0360 graden beeld krijgen van onze kandidaten. En daar kunnen we als recruitment en HR hele gave dingen mee doen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>De tips die Arjen meegeeft zijn:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>denk vanuit de kandidaat. Cre\u00eber <a title=\"Lead generatie en nurturing\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/over-visvijvers-visvoer-candidate-journeys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">persona&#8217;s<\/a> op wie je je campagnes inricht.<\/li>\n<li>stop niet bij de hire; maar maak een employee journey voor de hele cyclus.<\/li>\n<li>wees in elke fase van de employee journey relevant, gebruik de juiste kanalen en zet in op de beleving<\/li>\n<li>begin. Ook met kleine stapjes tegelijk kan je grote resultaten behalen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Wat levert het op?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Het is nog altijd eenvoudiger om goede kandidaten en medewerkers vast te houden dan om nieuwe te werven. Een kandidaat-\/ medewerkergerichte benadering levert veel op. Denk alleen al aan een hogere retentie, minder ongewenst verloop, lagere recruitmentkosten, een beter imago en een effici\u00ebntere inzet van je middelen.
