HR-specialisten selecteren vervolgens de beste kandidaten met behulp van op maat ontwikkelde vragenlijsten, die vooral lerend vermogen en intelligentie meten.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Opmars van recruitmenttechnologie<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Natuurlijk heeft niet elke organisatie de capaciteit en de middelen om technologie op die manier toe te passen in hun processen, maar feit is dat <a title=\"recruitment software\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/product\/recruitmentsysteem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitmenttechnologie<\/a> bezig is aan een niet te stuiten opmars. De integratie van online marketing binnen recruitment is steeds meer zichtbaar. \u201cNaast de opmars van recruitmenttechnologie en online marketing zien we nog een ontwikkeling in ons vakgebied\u201d, <!--more-->aldus Jan van Goch, CMO van Connexys. \u201cWerving wordt steeds meer een integraal marketingproces. Organisaties verbreden hun blik en kijken ook naar high potentials die niet op de payroll staan. Bij werving moeten we eigenlijk niet langer denken in vacatures en cv\u2019s. Belangrijker is dat je kwaliteit binnenhaalt; de juiste persoon aantrekt voor de juiste klus. Dit proces begint bij een grondige arbeidsmarktanalyse en loopt door tot selectie en onboarding. En wellicht zelfs nog een stapje verder.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">E\u00e9n platform voor proactieve benadering<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Om de totale werving van human resources optimaal te kunnen managen is een goed systeem onmisbaar. Het liefst een systeem dat op <a title=\"Resource Manager\" href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/product\/resource-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9\u00e9n platform<\/a> zowel recruitment, campuswerving, interne mobiliteit als de inhuur van derden faciliteert. Wie een totaalbeeld heeft van vraag en aanbod, is immers in staat proactief aan de slag te gaan met het aantrekken van de meest geschikte medewerkers. De techneuten die je over een jaar nodig hebt, die moet je n\u00fa al kennen!
