Dieter Braspennincx, Support Unit Leader Systems van TriFinance vertelt op het event HR &amp; Recruitment Innovaties op Salesforce over recruitment bij dit financieel consultancy bureau. Belangrijk onderdeel van de wervingscampagne die in 2016 werd gelanceerd, is onderstaande video. Doel van de campagne was nieuw talent aantrekken, het employer brand krachtig positioneren en het internal brand versterken. De video\u00a0was een enorm succes en ging al snel viral op social media.<\/p>\n<p>De campagne sloeg zo aan, dat TriFinance zelfs een nominatie in de wacht sleepte voor de Werf&amp; Awards. Deze prestigieuze prijs wordt op 11 mei uitgereikt aan de meest impactvolle arbeidsmarktcommunicatie campagne van het afgelopen jaar. Bekijk hier de video &#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xpUw381H3O0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Trots<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De video was een hit op Facebook &amp; YouTube en had meer dan 500.000 views op de kanalen. Een succes. De campagne\u00a0leidde tot een grotere naamsbekendheid in de markt en een stroom aan aanmeldingen van ge\u00efnteresseerde kandidaten. Tegelijkertijd had het ook intern de nodige impact. Het versterkte de betrokkenheid en het gevoel van trots op de werkgever bij de eigen medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trifinance.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TriFinance<\/a> heeft een bijzonder profiel voor hun medewerkers. Zij noemen dat *MeInc. *MeInc (= \u2018Me Incorporated\u2019) betekent dat werknemers geen resources of assets zijn, maar zelf in the lead zijn en hun eigen beslissingen nemen. TriFinance zoekt continu naar een specifiek type professionals: ambitieuze ondernemers, self-starters die gericht zijn op samenwerking en die zich snel willen ontwikkelen door training, coaching &amp; mentoring.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Ludieke recruitmentcampagne<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Om de juiste mensen te kunnen aantrekken en behouden, moest het nodige gebeuren. Besloten werd in te zetten op een ludieke wervings- en employer branding campagne. Doel was onder andere het aantrekken van een groot aantal geschikte kandidaten en hen een bijzondere kandidaatervaring te bezorgen.\u00a0Om de stroom aan reacties vlot en prettig te kunnen verwerken, maakt TriFinance gebruik van het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/nl\/corporate-recruitment-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Connexys recruitmentsysteem<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisitie is een belangrijke pijler bij TriFinance en het recruitmentsysteem speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol. Krachtige eigenschappen van het Connexys recruitmentsysteem op het Salesforce platform zijn mobiele toepassing, effectieve searching &amp; matching, een soepele applicant tracking, de mogelijkheid tot mulitposting en real time rapportage en een naadloze integratie met de website.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Blueprint business platform &amp; marktanalyse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Andere belangrijke pijler in de groeistrategie van TriFinance is Talent Management. HR zet sterk in op mentoring, coaching, learning &amp; development. Bij de integratie van deze processen heeft business partner <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrlinkit.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HRLinkIT<\/a> een belangrijke rol gespeeld. Gezamenlijk formuleerde men een blueprint voor een business platform &amp; marktanalyse. Op basis hiervan is gekozen voor het <a href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/salesforce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Salesforce platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Voordelen van Salesforce<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/de-vijf-voordelen-van-salesforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Salesforce <\/a>is &#8217;s werelds nr. 1 CRM cloudplatform, stabiel, snel, flexibel en continu in ontwikkeling. Bovendien is HR door Salesforce benoemd als een van de hoofdpijlers en dat sluit goed aan bij het DNA van TriFinance. Salesforce biedt een breed scala aan tried and tested oplossingen die succesvol kunnen worden ge\u00efntegreerd aan de huidige processen. Dit stelt TriFinance in staat een ge\u00efntegreerd ecosysteem te cre\u00ebren, waar alle primaire &amp; secundaire bedrijfsprocessen ondersteund worden met best-of-breed oplossingen op deze open source technologie. In de eerste fase heeft men een integratie gerealiseerd met <a href=\"https:\/\/connexys.com\/blog\/apply-with-linkedin-solliciteren-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn<\/a>, Google Mail &amp; Google Calendar. Momenteel wordt verder ingezet op e-mail marketing en zo zal e.e.a. in fasen worden uitgebouwd.\u00a0Ook zal verder worden ontwikkeld\u00a0op het gebied van Candidate &amp; Customer Relationship Management.
