Recruitment Marketing is een gerichte strategie om kandidaten te vinden, aan te trekken, te binden en te koesteren met het doel hen te verleiden bij je te solliciteren. Inbound recruitment, waarbij je gebruik maakt van allerlei slimme technieken, zoals contentmarketing, online marketing, leadscoring en marketing automation.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hoe pak je dat aan? Wat zijn de tips? En hoe ver wil je eigenlijk gaan?<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #ff6600\">#1. Doelgroeponderzoek en data analyse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Elke goede marketingstrategie, online \u00e9n offline, staat of valt met het kennen van je doelgroep. Pas dan weet je immers hoe je de interesse van getalenteerde kandidaten kunt wekken. Kennis van je doelgroepen kun je op verschillende manieren opdoen. In je communicatie helpt het om te werken met persona\u2019s. Maak van je doelgroep een persoon van vlees en bloed, jouw ideale kandidaat. Je kunt ook werken met meerdere persona\u2019s voor de verschillende afdelingen en vakgebieden binnen jouw organisatie. Voor elke doelgroep een persoon met eigen kenmerken, interesses en drijfveren. Dit helpt je om eenduidige, krachtige, aansprekende content te cre\u00ebren. Inventariseer welke acties zij ondernemen, welk gedrag zij vertonen op de website, welke content ze interessant vinden etc. Gebruik deze kennis om hen op het juiste moment de juiste content aan te bieden. Ken aan alle acties een kwalificatie (een score) toe. Afhankelijk van hun gedrag, kun je de content die je aanbiedt heel precies toespitsen op wat zij op dat moment interessant vinden. En jij kunt hen classificeren voor wat betreft de candidate journey. Bevinden zij zich in de ori\u00ebnterende of in de beslissende fase. Zoals sales werkt met leadgeneratie en sales qualified leads, zo kun je in recruitment werken met kandidaatgeneratie en recruitment qualified leads. Wat vind jij ervan dat de supermarkt jou getargete aanbiedingen stuurt, op basis van jouw eerdere aankopen? En dat je na het googelen over een lastige aandoening ineens constant reclames met wonderzalfjes op je scherm verschijnen? Handig of bemoeizuchtig? Het blijft lastig. In elk geval is het zaak om heel goed na te denken over wat jouw ideale kandidaat wil. Waar heeft hij \u00e9cht behoefte aan.
