De onderneming groeit hard en heeft inmiddels 65 vestigingen verspreid over 15 landen. Om deze expansie te kunnen vormgeven, heeft deze grote logistieke speler een toenemende behoefte aan geschikt personeel. Om de stroom aan kandidaten goed te kunnen verwerken ging men op zoek naar een toekomstbestendig recruitmentsysteem. Hierbij zochten ze naar een optimale koppeling tussen HR, mobiliteit en recruitment. Er werd gekozen voor de modules recruitment, campus recruitment en mobiliteit van het Connexys recruitmentsysteem. Daarnaast werd een koppeling gerealiseerd met de HR-module van epowerhr.<\/p>\n<p>*Deze content is ontwikkeld voorafgaand aan de overname van Connexys door Bullhorn.
