Michele Gough

Vice President of Quality Assurance

Michele Gough is the VP of Quality Assurance, responsible for leading our quality practice across the product portfolio, and evolving the practice to further support an excellent customer experience through the delivery of our products. Prior to Bullhorn, Michele ran global quality organizations within enterprise technology teams, advancing both the quality of solutions and the quality and efficiency of processes. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Owen Meehan

Vice President, Security and Compliance

As Vice President of Global Security & Compliance, Owen leads Bullhorn’s security for corporate and customer environments and programs to ensure data privacy and product compliance certification/reports. This is inclusive of infrastructure, software, and education. Owen has 20 years experience in security roles requiring a global outlook and the development of solutions conforming with regulations for financial, medical services, retail, and SaaS industries. This allows him to support and enable Bullhorn to provide their customers with a safe and secure environment for their data. Owen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, a Master of Science degree in Security and Forensics from Dublin City University, and an MBA from UMass Lowell.

Martin Gerow

Vice President, Controller

As Bullhorn’s VP Controller, Martin Gerow is responsible for the company’s day-to-day accounting and reporting functions. Prior to joining Bullhorn in 2019, Martin held a variety of roles at various software and technology companies including, Corporate Controller, Revenue Controller, Assistant Controller and Manager of Accounting and Reporting. Martin started his career 1996 working as an auditor for Public Accounting firms before running an Internal Audit department for a publicly traded company before moving into his various accounting/finance roles. Martin has a Bachelor of Science from Fitchburg State University.

Eleanor Longman

Vice President, Learning and Development

Eleanor Longman is Bullhorn’s VP of Learning and Development, responsible for our employees’ development as well as the success of our customers through training, documentation, and instructional design. Since joining Bullhorn in 2008, Eleanor has gained a wide range of experience within the Support organization. Starting in 2008 as a front line support analyst, Eleanor worked her way up to VP by creating the quality assurance, documentation, and new hire training programs that enable our mission of creating an incredible customer experience. Eleanor founded The Herd, Bullhorn’s employee resource group for women, and developed mentoring programs for employees. Eleanor has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Mount Holyoke College.

Jonathan Bedard

Senior Vice President, Product Marketing

As SVP of Product Marketing, Jonathan Bedard drives positioning, messaging, and go to market strategy for Bullhorn’s overall portfolio of products. He brings a broad range of skills and experiences across business development, sales, marketing, and strategy at industry leading and high growth organizations to help drive growth. Jonathan previously led enterprise strategy & operations, product marketing and customer marketing teams at athenahealth, which grew from $400M to $1.4B in revenue over the course of his tenure. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University where he was a Fulbright Scholarship recipient.

Vinda Souza

Vice President of Global Communications

As Vice President of Global Communications, Vinda Souza leads Bullhorn’s global public relations, analyst relations, content marketing, social media, industry marketing, customer marketing, strategic thought leadership, events content, and internal communications strategy. Vinda also manages Bullhorn’s strategic positioning with influencers and industry associations. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association, the Leadership Board of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and the American Staffing Association’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDEA) Group Council. Before joining Bullhorn, Vinda managed marketing communications at ad tech company DataXu. A technology PR pro by trade, Vinda spent five years at fama PR, a boutique high-tech PR firm in Boston, serving clients in the data management, cybersecurity, alternative energy, and engineering software industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English and French from Tufts University.

Jason Heilman

Senior Vice President, Product – Automation and AI
As SVP of Product – Automation & AI, Jason Heilman is responsible for developing solutions to help our customers achieve digital transformation. With 15 years of staffing industry experience, he has worked with thousands of recruiters, salespeople, owners, and leaders of recruitment agencies to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions to accelerate growth. Jason was previously the Co-founder and CEO of Herefish which currently helps Bullhorn customers automate over half a billion actions per year. He went to a school in Southern Missouri you’ve never heard of, we’d suggest thinking he is cool for reasons other than where he went to school.

Ben Levine

Vice President, Software Engineering

Ben Levine is one of Bullhorn’s VPs of Software Engineering. His responsibilities include overseeing the execution and delivery of the Bullhorn platform development teams in producing solutions for the needs of our customers. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Ben worked at Build-a-Bear Workshop where he helped drive the development of the companies e-commerce platform helping to grow that arm of the business and expand the company’s online presence. Ben has a Bachelor of Science is Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Webster University.

Andy Ingham

Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA & APAC

Andy is an experienced Sales Leader and Senior Leadership Team member. In his role as Senior Vice President International he is responsible for the sales organisations, revenue and growth of the business across EMEA and APAC.

Andy joined Bullhorn in 2013 when he was responsible for a growing UK business prior to expanding his responsibilities to include emerging international markets.

Prior to joining Bullhorn Andy held a number of senior director roles leading teams who worked with a broad spectrum of Enterprise organisations supporting them to drive operational efficiency and business growth through the deployment of technology.

Greg Hetrick

Vice President, Global Technology

As Vice President of Global Technology, Greg Hetrick leads Bullhorns internal technology across enterprise and corporate applications, data warehousing, and data analytics. Greg’s background and experience in front to back business system process redesign and scalable solutions drives the technology that supports our Bullhorn Staff. Prior to becoming part of the Bullhorn team, Greg implemented enterprise solutions within a variety of industries, most recently Intralinks and First Marblehead. Greg has a Bachelors of Art from the University of Northern Colorado.

Geoff Shaughnessy

Vice President, Enterprise and Tier 3 Support

As Bullhorn’s Vice President of Enterprise and Tier 3 Support, Geoff leads a team of experienced support professionals that provide advanced technical support and act as trusted advisors for Bullhorn’s Enterprise customer segment. He’s also responsible for a team of engineers that serve as the liaison between Support and the Product and Technology groups. Since joining Bullhorn in 2009, Geoff has held a variety of leadership positions managing teams in Technical Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services, where he’s had the opportunity to be part of the groups delivering an incredible customer experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bates College.

Emeka Iheme

Vice President, Services NA

Emeka Iheme is Bullhorn’s VP of Services responsible for the success of implementations in the North America Enterprise portfolio. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Emeka was VP of Client Service Operations at Casenet, where he was responsible for scaling implementations, support, and managed services to accounts in the population health management industry. Emeka brings 15 years of experience overseeing enterprise-scale implementations and leading professional services teams. Emeka has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.

Jeff Neumann

Vice President, Product Marketing

As Vice President of Product Marketing, Enterprise and Salesforce, Jeff helps drive the strategy and go-to-market execution of Bullhorn’s product portfolio. With over 19 years of product and strategy experience, Jeff works extensively with customers, sales, market analysts, and others to help Bullhorn maximize its presence and leadership in the staffing space. Previously, Jeff was a senior member of the product management team and was responsible for growing Bullhorn’s CRM, analytics, mobile, and sales management capabilities. Prior to Bullhorn, Jeff held senior product management, marketing, and strategy positions with companies around the Boston area. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University.

Jason Smith

Regional Vice President, Global Accounts

Jason Smith, RVP Global Accounts, has responsibility for the success of and strategic alignment with some of Bullhorn’s largest global clients. Jason brings with him over 20 years of experience in the technology solutions – 15 of which are dedicated to serving the staffing and recruiting industry.

Since his arrival at Bullhorn in 2012, Jason has rapidly grown through the sales organization to his current role. He is an invaluable strategic resource for the enterprise business proving time over time his value not only to Bullhorn, but to our customers as well.

Jason graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Science.

Jack Englert

Vice President, Global Infrastructure and Technical Operations

Jack Englert is Bullhorn’s VP of Global Infrastructure and Technical Operations, responsible for ensuring the secure, scalable, and optimal delivery of Bullhorn products and services around the globe. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Jack was the VP of Cloud Operations for Medidata, the global leader in SaaS based clinical trial solutions. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Global Hosted Services with Cisco WebEx, architecting and deploying their global network and service delivery model. He also ran all infrastructure and operations for an international medical device manufacturer helping people with epilepsy. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Colorado University.

Gretchen Keefner

Vice President, Enterprise North America

Gretchen Keefner is VP of Bullhorn’s Enterprise business in North America, responsible for the growth of the company’s largest and most strategic customers. Gretchen has been a leader in staffing and recruiting technology for the entirety of her career. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Gretchen was VP of Sales for Chicago-based startup Envoy, following twelve years with CareerBuilder where she led Enterprise staffing sales and eventually launched and led CareerBuilder’s healthcare business unit. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She serves on the Women In Leadership Council for the American Staffing Association and is an active mentor through ASA and Chicago Innovation.

Matt Webster

Regional Vice President Enterprise APAC

Matt Webster is Regional Vice President, Enterprise at Bullhorn. Matt launched the APAC business eight years ago and has been integral to the company’s growth. Matt relocated to Singapore three years ago in order to expand operations in Asia. Before Bullhorn he worked at SEEK for over five years. He loves all the food in Singapore and how his job allows him to be in a different country every other week.

Martin Gerow

Leah McKelvey

Vice President of Enterprise Growth & Corporate Development

Leah McKelvey is Bullhorn’s Vice President of Enterprise Growth & Corporate Development. She leads go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives focused on expanding Bullhorn’s reach with the largest staffing and recruitment firms across the globe. Beyond these responsibilities as part of the Enterprise Leadership Team, she works on Bullhorn’s Corporate Development team on M&A efforts, including serving as the integration lead for specific acquisitions. During her tenure at Bullhorn, she has also held leadership roles in global operations and Enterprise sales in EMEA. Before joining Bullhorn in 2017, Leah spent the majority of her career in marketing leadership, business development and strategy roles at CareerBuilder and ClearEdge Marketing. Leah earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Kelley Morse

Vice President, Talent & Business Partnering

Kelley Morse is the VP, Talent & Business Partnering, responsible for leading the DE&I, talent acquisition and HR business partnering functions, as well overseeing the development and launch of impactful, employee friendly programs across Bullhorn. Prior to joining the team, Kelley has spent her career partnering with business leaders to build out people programs and teams at high growth startups, including ConcertAI and Flywire. She has an MBA from Suffolk University, and a B.A in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College.

J.R. Stricker

SVP, Global Support & Training

As Senior Vice President, Global Support and Training, J.R. leads our global Support and Training for all Bullhorn product lines. J.R. directs both the company’s customer service and training efforts around the world engaging customers throughout all points in the customer journey, both proactively and reactively, delivering incredible customer experiences via transactional interactions and client engagements. He brings a broad range of customer service leadership skills and experience to the company spanning performance management, project management, employee and leadership development, organizational design, and strategy which all align to focus on driving an incredible customer experience. Prior to joining Bullhorn, J.R. led call center optimization efforts for AT&T Mobility, directing the call center strategy for more than 100 contact centers. J.R. has spent 20 years working in the contact center space and has held a number of key leadership roles prior to joining Bullhorn.

Jonathan Novich

SVP of Product and Salesforce

Jonathan Novich is SVP of Product and Salesforce for Bullhorn, the global leader in CRM and operations software for the recruitment industry. A staffing technology innovator, he has developed broad and deep product and technical experience consulting to staffing firms over the past 15 years. Jonathan has acted as an independent consultant for some of the largest staffing companies in the world and advised companies on acquisition targets.
At Bullhorn, he oversees product initiatives as more than 10,000 staffing companies rely on Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships, and power their recruitment processes from end to end. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a certificate in Operations Research.

Paul Nash

Vice President, Solution Consulting, Overlays, and Sales Enablement

Paul Nash is Bullhorn’s VP of Solution Consulting, Overlays and Sales Enablement. He is responsible for global pre-sales support and enablement/upskilling for the entire sales org. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Paul was a Business Unit Executive at IBM running sales engineering and enablement for the Digital Experience, Watson Supply Chain and B2B software segments. He has also held leadership positions in Professional Services and Software Development at Sun Life Financial and Emptoris. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Mitesh Ashar

Senior Vice President, Product Management

As SVP, Product Management, Mitesh is responsible for product strategy, management & operations across the Bullhorn product portfolio.

Mitesh has diverse experience spanning 30 years in software development and recruiting. His previous roles at Bullhorn in the Services organization include managing client implementations and helping them maximize their ROI on the platform. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Mitesh spent over a decade in the Staffing & Recruiting business in various roles including Recruiting, Sales, Operations and Management.

Mitesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and an MBA from the University of Mumbai, India.

Mike Henrichs

Senior Vice President, Architecture & Technical Operations

As SVP of Architecture & Technical Operations, Mike Henrichs is responsible for the architectural and operational health of all of Bullhorn’s products. His teams guide the evolution of Bullhorn’s software platforms to continually improve scalability, stability, and performance. He also leads the DevOps teams that create powerful tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational teams. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Mike spent more than 15 years leading software development, architecture, and operations across a variety of commercial and financial verticals, including multiple startup companies in the high performance computing space. These companies utilized custom hardware to dramatically accelerate processing and data transformation for financial markets as well as AI & machine learning applications. He has been leading SaaS software teams in building scalable, fault tolerant systems since 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St Louis.

Peter Markland

Senior Vice President, SMB
Peter Markland is Bullhorn’s SVP of SMB which has him oversee the sales and account management of the smallest businesses Bullhorn serve. Peter has been located in Bullhorn’s offices in the UK/EMEA, APAC and NA regions giving him a great sense of the needs and challenges of the SMB market globally. Peter has a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology & Design from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of Stellenbosch in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Melissa Rosen

Vice President, Bullhorn Consulting Services

Melissa Rosen joined Bullhorn in 2007 to work with clients on consulting and training initiatives. In her current role as VP of Consulting Services, she runs the team of business and architecture experts that are focused on optimized solution design that balances staffing and system architecture best practice. Melissa brings over 25 years of recruiting and staffing expertise with a primary focus on building strong sales and recruiting teams.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, Melissa was the National Recruiting Director for Bartech Technical Services, a technical staffing firm. There she managed the recruiting function for the 11 North American Offices. In addition to her role at Bartech, she was the Project Manager for their Bullhorn implementation.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Baker University in Auburn Hills, MI.

Tamar Epstein

Vice President, Product Management

As VP of Product Management, Tamar is responsible for driving product strategy, delivery and growth for Bullhorn’s Sales & Recruiting solutions.

Tamar has over 15 years of experience in the technology space and has held a variety of technical and leadership roles, ranging from software development and architecture to product management and product leadership.

Tamar has a deep background in data standards and business intelligence. She led an initiative that established a global integration data model that is now in use by thousands of organizations, was a member of IMS Global’s LIS Group, working towards establishing international standards of learning technology and interoperability, and was in the Advisory Committee for a national Student-Level Data Network initiative led by the Institute of Higher Education Policy.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, Tamar led Product Management for Platform Solutions at Ellucian, a provider of full lifecycle ERP and CRM solutions for higher education.

Steven Warfield

Vice President of Global Support

Steven Warfield is Bullhorn’s VP of Global Support and St. Louis General Manager, responsible for the company’s global support program for all product lines. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Steven was the Sr. Director of Support for NeoVox Global, responsible for a large international Support team, call center management, systems designs, and deployment. Earlier in his career, Steven was an Area Vendor Manager with AT&T, responsible for managing the vendor relationship cycle and providing operational leadership to assigned external large complex vendor call centers.

Shaun Weise

Regional Vice President, Enterprise

As Regional Vice President, Shaun is responsible for the strategy and execution within Enterprise Sales and leads teams of exceptional people expanding into new and mature markets to drive revenue and growth. He also continues to remain strategically involved in key campaigns globally. Shaun has a passion for developing the individuals, helping to coach, grow, and promote them. Shaun joined Bullhorn from Broadbean Technology in 2012 and was one of the first employees internationally. He has spent the last 9+ years at Bullhorn working closely with the world’s largest recruiting agencies gaining a deep understanding of the priorities and challenges staffing leaders face.

Ryan Murphy

Executive Vice President of Enterprise and Salesforce

Ryan Murphy is the Executive Vice President of Enterprise and Salesforce. He began his 10-year career at Bullhorn as a finance and sales intern, affording him a 360-degree view of the software-as-a-service industry and Bullhorn’s business model. Prior to his current role, Ryan served as an Enterprise Account Executive where he honed his customer-first leadership style and championed Bullhorn’s offerings to its most strategic clients. Today, Murphy is charged with leading the enterprise strategy and go to market for both Bullhorn and Bullhorn for Salesforce, enabling customers to maximize their investments on both platforms and deliver an incredible experience to their customers and candidates. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Boston University.

David Stott

Vice President, Enterprise International

As Bullhorn’s Vice President, Enterprise International, David Stott leads a global team responsible for delivering value and solving complex business problems for the largest staffing and recruiting firms across UK & Ireland, mainland Europe and APAC. With over a decade of experience servicing the recruitment industry in sales and sales leadership roles, David has continued to take on increased responsibility since joining Bullhorn in 2013 and been recognized for record growth in his regions. He graduated from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, where he currently resides with his beloved wife and three children.

Catherine Carangelo

Vice President, Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing at Bullhorn, Catherine leads the company’s demand generation and marketing operations organizations across the globe. Over her tenure, she’s overseen several marketing functions including marketing programs, international marketing, marketing operations, business development, and events, including the global Engage conference series. She is passionate about marketing technology, building high-performing teams, and leveraging both to drive for results. Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Providence College.

Brendan Robinson

Senior Vice President, Global Services

As Senior Vice President, Global Services, Brendan Robinson leads the company’s professional services organization, including portfolio ownership, program governance, project management, solutions architecture, consulting and auxiliary services. He brings a vast array of experience delivering highly complex programs and developing go-to-market implementation strategies for the staffing industry, with a focus on accelerating the ‘signature to sign-in’ experience. Before taking on his current role, Brendan held various leadership positions in Bullhorn’s Customer Success, Support and Finance teams. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Brendan worked in Sales for Aflac and City Express, a boutique shipping company based in Boston. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from James Madison University.

Anthony Meo

Senior Vice President of Global Services

As SVP of Global Services at Bullhorn, Anthony oversees Global Professional Services and Customer Success and is responsible for deployment, adoption and value realization of industry leading Bullhorn software. Global Professional Services at Bullhorn partners with its customers to provide a variety of services including business and technical consulting, integration and customization, enterprise project management and adoption services.

Prior to joining Bullhorn in 2018, Anthony was Vice President of Global Solution Architecture at Fuze, a global provider of enterprise communication software. Before that, Anthony has held a variety of technical leadership roles within the enterprise software space starting in software development, sales engineering, solution architecture and over time transitioning towards his true passion which is ensuring client success through technology solutions. Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.

Nina Eigerman

SVP of Alliances and Business Development

Nina Eigerman is Bullhorn’s VP of Alliances and Business Development, responsible for the company’s technology and services partnerships. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Nina ran the Business Services practice at G2 Capital Advisors, helping agencies and their providers with capital market transactions. Earlier in her career, she was the President of Aquent Solutions and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. She also ran a full desk at a-connect, a global strategic staffing firm. Nina has a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Brian Sylvester

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Sylvester is Bullhorn’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with more than 15 years of financial leadership experience. Brian leads Bullhorn’s financial, accounting, and legal functions. Prior to becoming CFO, Brian spent three years at Bullhorn in various finance & accounting roles. Prior to Bullhorn, Brian was Corporate Controller at Pegasystems, a global provider of business process management software where he scaled the finance organization during a period of 2.5x revenue growth. Brian began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their technology audit practice.

Brian is a CPA in Massachusetts, has a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bryant University.

David Whitley

Chief Technology Officer

David Whitley was most recently Managing Director of DHW Ventures LLC, an executive management consulting company specializing in advisory services to private equity firms and software companies. In that role, he advised early stage, venture-backed and private equity owned software companies, having spent the past 17 years as Head of Software Engineering in several private equity owned portfolio companies. Prior to establishing DHW Ventures in February 2020, he was the senior vice president of product development for Applied Systems, Inc., the leading global provider of cloud-based insurance software which achieved significant global growth, leading the digital transformation of the insurance industry. Prior to joining Applied Systems in 2011, he was responsible for global product development activities for the Security, Government, and Infrastructure division at Huntsville, Alabama based Intergraph Corp., providing mission-critical software for several industries including public safety, defense, intelligence, utilities, transportation, and communications. Prior to Intergraph, he was the vice president of engineering at Solution 6 Holdings, the largest software company in Australia. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked in the technology competency center, delivering custom application solutions for Fortune 500 companies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.

David also is highly involved at his alma matter, currently serving in his second term on the Strategic Advisory Board for the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. Additionally he is the Chair of the Development Committee for the NC State College of Engineering Foundation Board, responsible for assisting the fund raising and private financial support for the College of Engineering endowment.

David and his wife of 30 years, Karen, reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. He loves to play golf, enjoy watching most sports, and enjoys staying physically active.

David Whitley

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining Applied Systems in 2011, he was responsible for global product development activities for the Security, Government, and Infrastructure division at Huntsville, Alabama based Intergraph Corp., providing mission-critical software for several industries including public safety, defense, intelligence, utilities, transportation, and communications. Prior to Intergraph, he was the vice president of engineering at Solution 6 Holdings, the largest software company in Australia. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked in the technology competency center, delivering custom application solutions for Fortune 500 companies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.

David also is highly involved at his alma matter, currently serving in his second term on the Strategic Advisory Board for the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. Additionally he is the Chair of the Development Committee for the NC State College of Engineering Foundation Board, responsible for assisting the fund raising and private financial support for the College of Engineering endowment.

David and his wife of 30 years, Karen, reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. He loves to play golf, enjoy watching most sports, and enjoys staying physically active.

Peter Linas

Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development

Peter oversees Bullhorn’s international operations across EMEA and APAC in his role as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and International. Peter joined Bullhorn in 2009 and was responsible for its highly successful UK launch. In addition to growing the international team to over 50 staff and establishing Bullhorn as the UK’s market leading recruitment software in fewer than three years, Peter has expanded Bullhorn’s reach into EMEA and APAC and achieved a user base of more than 10,000 international users. Prior to taking on the launch of Bullhorn in the UK, Peter spent 20 years working in the recruitment industry and held a number of senior director roles before moving into the technology space.

Mike Restivo

Chief Revenue Officer

As Bullhorn’s Chief Revenue Officer, Mike drives the company’s global revenue growth. Mike was one of the first 15 team members of Bullhorn Inc. in Boston and relocated to London in 2010 to start up the International team. In his 6 years in London, Mike drove regional expansion into the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, and Australia. He has supplied cloud-based solutions to recruitment consultancies in over 50 different countries worldwide for the past 10 years. Mike was born and raised in the Boston-area where he grew up an avid sport fan. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.

Gordon Burnes

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Gordon Burnes directs the company’s marketing and business development efforts, including product marketing, demand generation, PR, branding, creative, and Bullhorn Marketplace. He brings a broad range of skills and experience to the company across the product, marketing, sales, and business development functions to help drive growth. Gordon was previously the IBM executive in charge of worldwide marketing for the Risk Analytics group, which became the leading provider in the industry over the course of his tenure. Prior to IBM, Gordon ran marketing and business development for OpenPages, which was acquired by IBM in 2010. Gordon has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia University.

Matt Fischer

President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and COO, Matt leads Bullhorn’s architectural, technical, and software design and development efforts. He also directs the product management team’s work defining product strategy, and global customer support and success. Since joining Bullhorn in 2004, Matt has held a variety of leadership positions managing the growth of various technical and services teams, including Vice President of Professional Services. Prior to Bullhorn, Matt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in systems process assurance for such companies as Fidelity and State Street Global Advisors. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management.

Art Papas is the Founder and CEO of Bullhorn, Inc., the global leader in software for the staffing & recruitment industry. Art was the original architect of Bullhorn’s flagship Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which now helps more than 10,000 companies around the world run their businesses. In 2014, Ernst & Young named Art an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner in New England. Prior to starting Bullhorn, Art started his career as a software engineer at Thomson Reuters. Art is a graduate of Tufts University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Art currently serves on the Tufts Computer Science External Advisory Board.
