Invenias Product Release: Big Things are Coming
It’s been a big year at Invenias with the integration into the Bullhorn business, but one thing that hasn’t changed is Invenias’ commitment to innovation and being the leading solution for executive search firms around the globe.
The focus of the past 12 months has been delivering Invenias X, and now with all of our customers on the new platform, we’re focused on bringing new functionality to take your business to the next level.
One of my favourite parts of this job is getting out and talking to customers and, rest assured, we’ve been listening. The next release is 100% focused on customer feedback and we’re excited to give you a sneak peek of what’s coming next.
Parsing
In the next release, we will see big improvements to our parsing workflow. You’ve asked for it, so we’ve split parsing into several steps so you’ll no longer be scrolling over a single page. There are big improvements in our deduplication workflow, meaning cleaner databases and the ability to see a side-by-side view of your data when updating an existing record. We’ve also added the ability to add progress notes when adding a candidate to an assignment.
These enhancements, as well as a number of other improvements, have all been taken from your feedback.
Web Tabs
We’ve standardised our web tabs so that they can be adjusted in the system preferences, giving your business a consistent experience.
We know it’s been an issue for a number of users that Web Tabs couldn’t be searched using a person’s middle name, so we’ve added that functionality and also given you the ability to control the sites from which you parse. More importantly, you can now download documents such as PDFs and we’ve added the option to parse the downloaded document, giving you greater control and overall improved accuracy of data.
We’ve added improvements to Off Limits by letting you create policy templates, the single Record Owner field is now visible across records and you now have the ability to add Billing Events to Programmes. Keep an eye out for the release coming soon!
Web-only Functionality
If you joined our global Invenias update webinar recently, you’ll know we’re focused on delivering you an amazing customer experience—and that includes developing out our web application.
We see the future of Invenias existing firmly online, but we won’t compromise on functionality. In the next release, you will see added web-only functionality, including new dashboards for Assignments, People, and Company. While this will only be available online, you can continue to operate on the desktop as you do today—but this extension will seamlessly sync with the way you work now.
Our strategy to build web-first has been born out of consultation with hundreds of firms over the past two years. We will continue to offer users the choice of using Invenias on the web or desktop, but you will see more web-only development in the coming months.
