Check out the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/customer-blog\/2020\/11\/november-2020-product-updates\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_UK&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_uk&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">November 2020 release highlights<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> while you\u2019re here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Updates to Bullhorn Novo &amp; S Release<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/products\/applicant-tracking-system\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_UK&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_uk&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn ATS<\/span><\/i><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Novo &amp; S Release<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Increased Character Limit on Fields:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We\u2019ve updated the character limit of the \u2018State\u2019 and \u2018Address\u2019 fields to fit 100 characters on all entities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>New Currency Type Supported:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Russian Ruble (RUB) is now supported as a Currency Format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Optimised Starts &amp; Ends Dashboard Card: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve optimised the \u2018Starts &amp; Ends\u2019 card to load more quickly and show and link to Placements instead of Jobs for both the \u2018Starts\u2019 and \u2018Ends\u2019 view.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/ats1.png\" alt=\"ats product updates\" width=\"504\" height=\"446\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-70552\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Novo<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Resolved Timezone Offset Issue:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dates manually entered into a date field will no longer shift due to timezone offsets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Resolved Parsing Error:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2018Parse as Existing\u2019 now completes on the first attempt, increasing efficiency in Novo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Placements Update:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Placements now pull the Bill and Pay Rate from the associated Submission instead of the Job.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>New Distribution List Feature: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve introduced a \u2018Restrict List to Record Type\u2019 feature to Distribution Lists, which keeps users from adding records of the wrong type to a Distribution List when enabled.
