Check out the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/customer-blog\/2021\/07\/july-2021-product-updates-and-enhancements\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">July 2021 release highlights<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> while you\u2019re here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Updates to Bullhorn ATS &amp; CRM<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/products\/applicant-tracking-system\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn ATS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>ATS &amp; CRM<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Added Support for Field Interactions: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We now support field interactions on the Add &amp; Edit Note forms and the \u2018Message\u2019 field on the \u2018Compose Message\u2019 page, allowing users to configure custom rules when adding notes or sending emails from within Bullhorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Mass Mail Opt-Outs: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve resolved an issue where Mass Mail recipients would be opted out without unsubscribing. Recipients will only be unsubscribed if they perform the unsubscribe action.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>&#8220;Reason for Cancelling&#8221; Onboarding Dropdown: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have updated the &#8220;Reason for Cancelling&#8221; field to utilize a drop-down with the options coming from the system settings. If there are no values in the system setting, it will default to a free type text field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Novo<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>New Candidate Tax Info Tab:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We have built a new tax tab* that includes federal, state, and local tax forms and can support multiple Tax Forms per record. These forms can be custom configured with page &amp; field interactions and are exposed in the REST APIs to support payroll integrations**.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><i>*Note: The Novo Tax Info Tab is separate from the existing tax info tab in S Release.
