Identify Open Jobs that don\u2019t have a certain level of submission activity and alert your recruiting teams or managers.<\/p>\n

Bonus points: if you grade your job orders, you can create different levels that warrant alerts\/reminders. You can even keep your client updated on the progress that is being made if you\u2019d like. Do this well, and the productivity boost is incredible!<\/p>\n

How to Set Up a Job Inactivity Alert<\/h3>\n

Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Click\u00a0Add Automation\u00a0<\/strong>and select \u2018Job-based\u2019.<\/li>\n
  2. Name your automation. Maybe something like \u2018Job Inactivity Alert\u2019.\u00a0Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Automation Enrollment will automatically open. Click\u00a0\u2018Create New List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Under List Settings, select \u2018Always Updated\u2019 as the type of list and then name your list.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your search criteria using the dropdown under \u2018Total number of jobs that match this search.\u2019 Your search criteria should be:\n
      \n
    1. \u2018Job is Open\u2019<\/li>\n
    2. \u2018Job Date Added\u2019 is more than 5 days ago.<\/li>\n
    3. Add a second\u00a0And\u00a0<\/em>condition group and include \u2018Job Number of Submissions\u2019. In this example, Billy selected \u2018Job Number of Submissions\u2019 is less than 4.\n

      1. You can also look for specific statuses, such as candidates who are submitted.<\/li>\n
      2. You can also add an\u00a0Or\u00a0<\/em>condition and add \u2018Job Number of Submissions\u2019 is less than 2 and filter by Submission Status \u2018Client Sendout\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Click\u00a0Save\u00a0<\/strong>under List Settings, then click\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0under Automation Enrollment.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the plus sign to add a new step to your automation. Select \u2018Send Notification.<\/strong>\u2018<\/li>\n
      5. Under Create Notification, select the \u2018Immediate<\/strong>\u2018 radio button. Then select \u2018From Template\u2019 to design the email notification.\n

        1. Under Email Settings, fill in your\u00a0Subject.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Under \u2018To,\u2019 select who you would like to receive the notification. In this example, you\u2019ll likely want the notification to go to the Job Owner.<\/li>\n
        3. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Here is where you\u2019d write the copy for your email notification. This can be whatever you want, but make sure to click Save when you\u2019re done!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
