How to View a Client Lead and Set Up Notifications<\/h3>\n

Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Click Add Automation and select \u2018Sales Contact-based.\u2019<\/li>\n
  2. Name your automation. Maybe something like \u2018View Client Leads.\u2019 Click Save.<\/li>\n
  3. Automation Enrollment will automatically open. Click \u2018Create New List.\u2019<\/li>\n
  4. Under List Settings, select \u2018Always Updated\u2019 as the type of list and then name your list.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your search criteria using the dropdown under \u2018Total number of sales contacts that match this search.\u2019 Your search criteria should be:\n

    1. \u2018Has Activity’<\/li>\n
    2. Add an ‘And’ search criteria and choose ‘Action’<\/li>\n
    3. Specify Within last ‘2’ days<\/li>\n
    4. Click ‘Add Condition’<\/li>\n
    5. Select ‘Or’<\/li>\n
    6. Add a ‘Has Activity’ search criteria<\/li>\n
    7. Add an ‘Interest’ search criteria<\/li>\n
    8. Specify Within last ‘2’ days<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    9. Click Save<\/strong> under List Settings, then click Save<\/strong> under Automation Enrollment.<\/li>\n
    10. Click the plus sign to add a new step to your automation. Select ‘Set Notifications<\/strong>‘<\/li>\n
    11. Under ‘How often should this notification be sent?’ select ‘Daily’<\/li>\n
    12. Click the plus sign to add a new step to your automation. Select ‘End Automation’<\/li>\n
    13. Click the ‘Automation Settings’ Button in the top right corner of the screen<\/li>\n
    14. Select ‘Sales Contacts can re-enter automation’<\/li>\n
    15. Indicate the number of days and days of the week the contact can re-enter the automation<\/li>\n
    16. Click the Save<\/strong> in the bottom right.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
