Do you want to continually find ways to improve your processes to provide better experiences? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/products\/recruitment-automation\/\">Recruitment automation<\/a> can help.<\/p>\n<p>Survey candidates\/clients through each milestone of your process and create customised branching depending upon their response.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/customer-blog\/build-with-billy-follow-up-with-nps-promoters\/\">Promoters<\/a>: follow up with ask for referrals, testimonials, and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Neutral: ask what could have gone better to improve their experience.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/customer-blog\/build-with-billy-identify-and-connect-with-nps-detractors\/\">Detractors<\/a>: get a real-time notification to reach out and triage the problem before it gets worse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In part one of this series, we&#8217;ll cover how to create an automation to engage with neutral NPS respondents.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Identify and Connect with Neutral NPS Respondents using Recruitment Automation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click &#8216;Add Automation&#8217; and select &#8216;Candidate-based&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Name your automation. Maybe something like &#8220;Placement NPS &#8211; Neutral Branch&#8221;. <strong>Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Automation Enrollment will automatically open. Click &#8216;Create New List&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Under List Settings, select &#8216;Always Updated&#8217; as the type of list and then name your list.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your search criteria using the dropdown under &#8216;Total number of candidates that match this search.&#8217; Your search criteria should be:\n<ol>\n<li>&#8216;Taken Survey&#8217; is &#8216;Candidate NPS&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Answered&#8217; with answer &#8216;8, 7, 6&#8242; within the last &#8217;30 Days&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click Save<\/strong>\u00a0under List Settings, then click <strong>Save<\/strong> under Automation Enrollment.<\/li>\n<li>Click the plus sign to add a new step to your automation. Select &#8216;Send Email&#8217; and select &#8216;Immediate&#8217; and &#8216;From Scratch &#8211; Plain Template&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Here, you can customise your notification, including the subject line. We used the subject line: <em>&#8216;What could we do better?&#8217;\u00a0<\/em>in this example.<\/li>\n<li>Select the sender of the notification. Here, we chose the Candidate Owner. <strong>Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter the contents of your email message. For example, ask what your team could have done better or what the candidate wants to see in the future.<\/li>\n<li>Click the plus sign and select &#8216;End Automation&#8217;. Add a checkmark to the box next to &#8216;Candidates can re-enter automation&#8217; and set the timeframe to &#8217;30 days&#8217;. This ensures candidates who fall into this list criteria in the future will still be updated accordingly. <strong>Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Build This
