Read on to explore the highlights of the February 2022 Bullhorn release and what it means for you. We roll our updates out in phases, so if you don\u2019t see these changes reflected in Bullhorn yet, you can expect to see the following highlights in your instance by the end of the month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Missed the product updates last month? Check out the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/customer-blog\/january-2022-product-updates-and-enhancements\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">January 2022 release highlights<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> while you\u2019re here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Updates to Bullhorn ATS &amp; CRM<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/products\/applicant-tracking-crm\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn ATS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Novo<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resume Parsing: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have completed our work on upgrading the resume parsing tool to Sovren 10. The newest version of Sovren offers enhanced parsing capabilities across all languages including Work History, Education, and Contact Information, amongst others. The planned upgrades will not require any changes to existing processes and will initially be rolled out the latter half of Q1 to all customer NPE environments. A phased rollout to production environments will be done thereafter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Field and Page Interactions for Shift Position and Definition: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Page and field interactions on shift position and shift definition entity modals (add and edit) can now be used.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Page Interactions for Shift Scheduler\/Calendar View: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Page Interactions can now be used on the calendar scheduler view for shifts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Share Shift Schedule With Bullhorn Users: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client schedules can now be shared with other internal Bullhorn users without creating those users as a contact on the client company.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Credentialing Entity REST Error Messages:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Users will now see an error toast message if a REST Form Trigger is configured for the following and there was an issue adding\/editing a record:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PlacementCertification<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CandidateCertificationRequirement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JobSubmissionCertificationRequirement\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Field Maps on Placement Tracks:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Users switching from one placement track to another will now be required to enter mandatory fields based on the configuration for the current placement track. Previously, the system would ask users to also complete fields that were set as required on the prior placement track.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Custom Fields on Email Notification for Placement Change Requests:<\/strong> Any enabled and populated custom request fields are now included in the change request email notification.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Internationalisation Upgrades to Novo:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Date Format: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Users will now see that the hint within date fields has been localised. Previously, the hint was always in the US format of MM\/DD\/YYYY regardless of their locale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>French Candidate Translation:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> French Users will now see the correct translation when a candidate has been moved to the &#8220;Rejected&#8221; state.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Notes List Tab on Entity:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8220;Subject&#8221; and &#8220;Primary Department&#8221; can now be configured for translation on the notes tab. Previously, both items were only displayed in English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Opportunity Reason Closed: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The values in an Opportunity field Reason Closed are now supported for all languages in Novo.\u00a0 There are two new system settings for opportunityLostValue and opportunityWonValue that can be configured by an Admin for the proper terms.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>S Release<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Additional Candidate Custom Objects in Canvas: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PersonCustomObjects 11-35 are now available in Canvas reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Flowback Support For Custom Objects in Onboarding365: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onboarding365 Flowback is now supported for all Custom Objects available on all entities in Bullhorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Request New Credential Entitlement: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new usertype action entitlement can be added called \u2018Request New Credential\u2019.
