Recruitment agencies cite talent acquisition as their top priority in 2022, according to Bullhorn\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/grid\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">survey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of 4,000 recruitment professionals across the globe. But at the same time, talent find a lot lacking with their recruitment experience: in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/grid-talent-survey-report\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">another survey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> we <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">conducted, over 90% of perm, temp, and freelance workers responded that they wish the process of finding jobs through recruitment agencies was easier, and the majority cite poor communication as the top reason for a bad experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To meet the moment, you need to create a loyal talent community \u2013 one that is enthusiastic to work with you from one assignment to the next. And to do that, you need technology that meets talent where they are. A successful talent engagement strategy \u2013 and the technology that powers it \u2013 will meet these four key requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Flexibility: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The relationship you have with your talent depends on where they are in the journey. In the beginning, you should eliminate as much friction as possible to make it easy for candidates to work with you. Self-service capabilities are a key way to do this, but to ensure candidates complete tasks related to their job search, profile management, compliance documentation, or time and expense, you need to meet them where they are.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Ability to communicate across channels: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Which is better: SMS, email, or push notifications? The answer depends on the candidate\u2019s preferences. Each channel has advantages and limitations, and there\u2019s no single right way to use them.
