To make sure you\u2019re up-to-date with the most recent enhancements, we\u2019ve compiled a list of the top product updates from the last quarter so you can make the most out of your investment in Bullhorn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read on for a roundup of the product updates and enhancements we released in Q3 of 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Updates to Bullhorn ATS &amp; CRM<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/products\/applicant-tracking-crm\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn ATS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Novo<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Submission Slide Out Comment Field: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Submission slide out was updated so that when adding a Client Submission a user can enter a comment that will be saved and displayed appropriately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Submission Status Update on Popup Comment Field:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> When a user updates a submission from the Submissions List View and selects &#8216;Change Submission Status&#8217; the comment field is now available on the pop-up form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>List for Placement Housing Complex: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novo clients are now able to use the Placement Housing Complex. Users can add\/edit\/view\/delete Housing Complex records on a Placement. This is helpful for clients who need to track housing information for their placements. Clients must be using the Housing Complex module, and the following Entitlements must be enabled for the clients to utilise Placement Housing Complex functionality:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add Placement Housing<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delete Placement Housing<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edit Placement Housing<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">View Placement Housing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Advanced Search: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are providing enhanced search functionality to Novo Lists within Bullhorn. All customers with access to the following lists will be able to use this feature: Billable Charges, Payable Charges, and Invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>S Release<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Data Loader &#8211; Additional Entities and Fields: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data Loader has added additional entities for users to upload and download (General Ledger Segment 1-5 \/ General Ledger Service Code and Person Custom Objects 11-25).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Add Bullhorn Time &amp; Expense Sync Status Fields to Placement Field Maps:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 new fields have been added\u00a0 to Field Maps under the Placement entity that will store the following information on a Placement record:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>bteSyncStatus: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sync status of that placement being pushed to Bullhorn Time &amp; Expense<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>lastBteSyncDate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The last date and time that placement record was synced to Bullhorn Time and Expense.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Publish to SEEK <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have enhanced our APAC market\u2019s SEEK job board offering, including the following enhancements and features:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New and improved modern form redesign<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dynamic Ad Pricing based on job location and category<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Specific Questionnaires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support for the latest SEEK APIs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Added a BTE Sync Status Fields to Dataloader: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn users are now able to view BTE Sync Status and Last BTE Sync Date data in their replicated Data Mirror 8 database allowing them to have access to all of their data as well as send their data to their data warehouse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Data Mirror 8 with Entity Model Streaming: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data Mirror 8 with EMS is now available. We welcome all clients to work with their support representative for the free upgrade. Major enhancements include:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entity Model Streaming<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detects schema changes automatically for new entities (minimal re-seeds).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Align data to API schema thus, avoiding field mismatches and preventing errors from manual updates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved Self-Healing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Validate that records that were selected for self-healing are synched; report and alert Bullhorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>API Object: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Company Name has been added to the associates on the API object for Location and can be used in field interactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Process Column: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We&#8217;ve added functionality to make it easier for users to find the relevant records within the Process column in the Issues list. A new search bar, filter options, and the ability to multi-select the filter values was added. We also resolved an issue where values were not generated from the filter option as expected. These enhancements will allow Payroll Specialists to view and sort the values that actively exist within their Process column filter without the need for navigating through a long list of issues to find what they\u2019re looking for.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Add Note Template Page: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To help improve readability for international clients, we have localised the Field names on the Add Note Template page so that the fields are automatically translated based on a user&#8217;s Local setting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Calling and Texting: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn users with TextUs and\/or a third-party click-to-call application enabled can now click on the TextUs icon of a candidate, contact, or lead to send a text message and can also click on the phone number of a candidate, contact, or lead to make a phone call.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Product Updates for Bullhorn VMS Sync<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/products\/vms-automation\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn VMS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>VMS Sync<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><b>PageUpPeople:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> VMS Sync now integrates with PageUpPeople VMS credentials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Simplify VMS v2: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Added support for URL variants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Add Position Attachments to ATS: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We restored attachment upload functionality for Dotstaff reqs. All documents present on a VMS req are expected to attach to the corresponding ATS Job.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Vector VMS\/PeopleFluent Attachments: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VMS Sync now supports VectorVMS req attachments.
