Check out the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/customer-blog\/august-2024-product-updates-and-enhancements\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_NA&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_na&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">August 2024 release highlights<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> while you\u2019re here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Updates to Bullhorn ATS &amp; CRM<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/products\/applicant-tracking-crm\/?LS=Website&amp;LSD=CustomerBlog_UK&amp;LA=release_notes&amp;LAD=release_notes&amp;utm_source=customerblog_uk&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_campaign=release_notes\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn ATS<\/span><\/i><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Multi-factor login support: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers can now opt-in to enforce multi-factor authentication on all associated users upon login. Users will be required to input an access code that will be emailed to them before logging in. This feature is available for any customer who does not use a 3rd party identity provider or single-sign-on solution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Support default date range filtering on lists:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Clients can now opt-in to default range filtering on the date last modified field for core entity lists in order to improve search performance. The date range will show up as search criteria that users can change with future searches.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Bullhorn Automation product updates<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/products\/recruitment-automation\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn Automation<\/span><\/i><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Automation &amp; Talent Platform Integration, Field-Tag Matching:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Automation now supports dynamic package assignment using tags that match candidate data. This process removes the need for multiple automations based on variables like tax state and ensures package selections are always up-to-date. Check out the release portal for details.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Semantic match enhancements: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will no longer generate an email when a record doesn\u2019t make any matches based off of Match Criteria. This ensures that customers won\u2019t be sending emails to Candidates with empty job matches.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Bullhorn Analytics product updates<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/products\/bullhorn-analytics\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bullhorn Analytics<\/span><\/i><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>New standard metrics: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fourteen metrics and ratios that provide insights into jobs with multiple interviews (JMI) are now available. New Enterprise Edition onboardings will automatically include these metrics in their standard metric rollout. Existing Enterprise Edition customers can request these new metrics by reaching out to Bullhorn Support.
