This means no online surveys, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/blog\/2017\/08\/calculating-net-promoter-score\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no net promoter scores<\/a>, no phone interviews, no monitoring of social media feedback. And this is a real shame because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/blog\/2017\/05\/why-a-bad-candidate-experience-is-bad-for-business\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a bad candidate experience is bad for business<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are measuring candidate satisfaction\u2014and again, you really should be\u2014how can you actually use it to make a positive change? But those that do have found it to be an essential way to better their business.
