Here are five questions to ask yourself about your candidate database:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1) Is your candidate database part of your recruitment CRM? <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether you\u2019re just starting up, a subject matter expert (SME), or a micro business, your candidate database could be stored anywhere. But for scaling purposes, it\u2019s better to start as you mean to go on.
