Prior to entering the recruitment industry, she gained a wealth of experience in programming and owned her position as a woman working in technology.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/Zaidy3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"627\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-62637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/Zaidy3.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/Zaidy3-768x401.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This motivation to face challenges head-on and determination not to give up is something Zaidy brings to her role and team at K2. She highlights the importance of enabling staff to feel important; \u201cit\u2019s not just about the code they write &#8211; it\u2019s about building their confidence and security that they will be heard\u201d. This mentality is one that has seemingly paid off, with K2 expanding to a team of over 30 people, including six women on the tech side.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zaidy notes that Digital Transformation is another key factor to consider when thinking of recruitment success. \u201cDigital transformation is the reinvention of existing business processes facilitated by technology\u201d she explains.
