Morrissey in the U.S., and Aviation Labour in Australia. The 100 per cent cloud-based Bullhorn Back Office product \u2013 and its team of back office experts in Virginia, USA led by Director of Back Office Solutions Jeff Jefferson \u2013 has been a welcome addition for Bullhorn\u2019s customers, who now benefit from having an end-to-end recruiting solution. Twenty per cent more customers have opted to take advantage of the product since the acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>The company also made an important addition to its senior leadership team with the hire of veteran technology executive Mark Hounslow as Senior Vice President of Services and Support. Hounslow was most recently Vice President for Americas Services at the universal payments company ACI Worldwide, where he led more than 260 consultants supporting over USD 128m of business for the largest financial institutions and retailers across the world. At Bullhorn, Hounslow directs the professional services, customer success, and support teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am excited to join Bullhorn and lead a team of 150 global customer service professionals to provide our customers with the best possible experience,\u201d said Hounslow. \u201cWe continue to innovate in support and services, having already implemented 24-hour \u2018follow the sun\u2019 support across North America, Europe, and Australia and limiting customer call hold time to under two minutes.
