{"id":20611,"date":"2015-09-21T06:24:39","date_gmt":"2015-09-21T10:24:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/?page_id=11189"},"modified":"2015-09-21T06:24:39","modified_gmt":"2015-09-21T10:24:39","slug":"bullhorn-partners-kyloe-improve-customer-experience","status":"publish","type":"press_release","link":"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/news-and-press\/press-releases\/bullhorn-partners-kyloe-improve-customer-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Bullhorn Partners with Kyloe to Improve Customer Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LONDON, September 21, 2015 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullhorn.com\/uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bullhorn<\/a>, the leading cloud-based CRM provider, has partnered with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kyloepartners.com\/#intro\" target=\"_blank\">Kyloe<\/a>\u00a0to enhance EMEA-based customers\u2019 use of the Bullhorn system.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by Raymond Pennie, non-executive director at Kamanchi with over 20 years\u2019 experience in the recruitment industry, and former Bullhorn employee Stewart Morgan, Kyloe is a new business and Bullhorn\u2019s first European systems integration partner.<\/p>\n<p>The initial seven-strong Kyloe team will work with new and existing Bullhorn customers across EMEA to ensure users are getting the most out of the Bullhorn platform, so that the many benefits of using the cloud-based CRM system are fully realised. Kyloe will also ensure that third-party apps that integrate with Bullhorn operate seamlessly within the platform.<\/p>\n<p>Pennie, co-founder of Kyloe, comments: \u201cMany Bullhorn customers know about the brilliant features of the platform, but do not fully realise the benefits of these in their daily workflows. Kyloe\u00a0exists for recruiters and will help them make placements faster, and deliver great customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn an industry with a high staff turnover rate such as recruitment, it\u2019s important that knowledge of the Bullhorn system isn\u2019t lost as employees leave. With Kyloe, we will develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure that their systems fly,\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n<p>Morgan, who was Bullhorn International\u2019s fourth employee, brings his in-depth knowledge of Bullhorn\u2019s workings from his role as director of pre-sales and professional services and his background in creating recruitment software to the Kyloe team. Pennie, who has previously worked with Manpower and Adecco on large project technology implementation, and is former owner of Kamanchi, will use his experience of handling client projects and improving the use of technology within recruitment to run the client services team.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Linas, international MD of Bullhorn, comments: \u201cStewart and Raymond have a truly impressive combined knowledge of technology within the recruitment sector, covering not just Bullhorn but also the many pieces of software with which Bullhorn integrates.
