Textkernel\u2019s Match!<\/a> generates automatic searches from job descriptions or candidates\u2019 resumes to provide a shortlist of the best matching candidates or jobs from staffing and recruitment companies\u2019 databases, allowing recruiters to be more efficient in their jobs.
