The categories are: Rising Star in Recruitment (Individual), Recruitment Leader of the Year (Executive), Innovative Use of Technology (Small-Medium Agencies), and Innovative Use of Technology (Large Agencies). In particular, judges will look for evidence of where individuals and teams have had a strong impact on their organisation\u2019s bottom line.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for nominations is 15<sup>th<\/sup> July. Finalists will then be announced on Friday 20<sup>th<\/sup> July, and winners will be announced live at the International Bullseye Awards ceremony, as part of the Engage London event, on 12<sup>th<\/sup> September.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Linas, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and International at Bullhorn said \u201cIt\u2019s time that hardworking recruiters get the recognition that they deserve. We\u2019ve launched the International Bullseye Awards to recognise rising talent in the industry throughout the UK and Europe, and to celebrate the companies who are leading the way with innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Linas explained why the International Bullseye Awards are taking place at Engage London, \u201cIn 2017, we celebrated the fifth anniversary of Bullhorn Live by expanding the event to two full days, with both in-depth product training and unbeatable industry education. This year, the event has evolved to become part of Bullhorn\u2019s global staffing and recruitment conference series, known as\u00a0Engage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the largest recruitment conference in the UK, Engage London brings our customers together with fellow industry professionals to network, learn, and build their businesses. Now it will reward the best in the industry, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you know anyone who is suitable for one of our awards, or would like to put yourself or your own company forward, then please do. We want to hear from anyone who has made a real difference within their company,\u201d Linas added.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations can be made online via the website, and entries are encouraged from all recruiters \u2013 not just Bullhorn customers.
