The Back Office Paper Chase Ends Here
Today, Bullhorn acquired EASY Software Solutions, the makers of the timeshEASY time and expense management, invoicing, and commission calculation solution. This is a game-changer for our customers, who can now turn to Bullhorn to automate their end-to-end recruiting process. timeshEASY will now be called Bullhorn Back Office.
Bullhorn has been experimenting in the time and expense space since 2004 and since then, we’ve built some great relationships with a number of successful timesheet management partners. We’ve always known that Web-based time capture would someday eliminate the paper-based back office. Paper timecards, fax machines, and paper invoices just have no place in a post-Internet world. We just didn’t know exactly when it would happen, and up until recently, paper and fax machines were remarkably resilient incumbents. We were looking for a major event that would bring an end to this paper chase.
That major event turned out to be the surge in popularity of mobile computing. Now that computers have landed in everyone’s pockets, hiring managers and employees are demanding mobile and Web-based interfaces for managing contractor time and invoices. The ubiquity of mobile took Web-based time capture from being a nice-to-have to being a need-to-have.
