Maiden Post

I start every new year with the goal of spending more time talking to our customers and prospects. I usually end each year feeling I didn’t get to enough of you. 2006 was no exception. I talked to hundreds of customers about Bullhorn – the product, our service, software trends and product plans – but by December, I couldn’t help feeling that there were so many of you that I couldn’t reach. There just aren’t enough hours in the day. While I plan to redouble my efforts again in 2007, I’ve decided to add a new element to my approach. When Joe Cordo approached me regarding our new web site and complementary blog. I felt this was an opportunity too good to pass up. I’m launching my section of this blog with the sole purpose of connecting and interacting with our customers and prospects. This blog will not be a success unless 1) customers and prospects actually read its contents and 2) they respond to the content. I’ll leave the role of attracting folks to the content in Joe’s capable hands, but the reader participation is up to you. The topics for this blog will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Bullhorn’s Product and Service Offerings
  • Bullhorn’s Product and Service Development Plans
  • Staffing and Recruiting Industry Trends
  • Software Industry Trends
  • Business Issues and Challenges
  • Sales & Recruiting Issues and Challenges

I’ll try to keep my posts short in the hopes that you will all interact and respond. If there’s something we miss, or you’d like to see addressed, please post a comment and let me know. Better still, if you’re a customer and feel you want to get involved and start your own section of our blog, please let us know by contacting marketing@bullhorn.com.
