April 2023 product updates and enhancements
Curious what product updates and enhancements we’re launching in Bullhorn this month? Read on to explore the highlights of the April 2023 Bullhorn release and what it means for you. We roll our updates out in phases, so if you don’t see these changes reflected in Bullhorn yet, you can expect to see the following highlights in your instance by the end of the month.

Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Novo
- Paycheck visibility: Bullhorn users leveraging PrismHR for payroll now have access to a general version of their candidate’s paycheck information through a tab on their candidate record. This update allows recruiters to provide candidates with basic paycheck-related information directly through the ATS without needing to send them to their payroll department, streamlining both the candidate and user experience. (Note: PrismHR will fully complete this feature by the end of April.) Clients that are using other integrated payroll providers can work with their providers to determine if their system has the ability to write back to our ATS. - Resizable columns: Users can now resize columns on all Novo lists! Resized columns will “stick” for all main entity Novo list tables (e.g. tearsheets, etc.). This enhancement helps users to further customise their user interface.
Product updates for Bullhorn VMS Sync
VMS Sync
- New VMS integration: We are excited to announce a new integration with Einstein2 v2. This integration, which was highly requested by VMS Sync users in the healthcare space, automates ATS job creation and updates.
