Get More Out of Bullhorn for Salesforce With Textkernel’s AI-Powered Semantic Search and Match
Search and match is one of the most important components of a recruiter’s front-office platform and is a key differentiator for many firms. That is why Bullhorn for Salesforce (formerly Talent Rover) is now seamlessly integrated with Textkernel’s latest AI-powered search & match engine.
With the new integration, Bullhorn for Salesforce users can access source and matching solutions, enabling them to make better use of their own candidate data, find the best matching candidates faster, and source multiple databases with just one click. It’s seamlessly integrated into Bullhorn for Salesforce, fully customisable, and works across 23 languages.
Here are five features in the Bullhorn for Salesforce Textkernel integration that we think you will love:
Automatic queries based on a job req (kick-start queries)
Textkernel will generate a custom query for an open job req, marking each search criteria as must-have, should-have, or nice-to-have, and then will let you edit the query to produce the best search results. This cuts down on time when searching for candidates, especially since you can also save the search for further use. Textkernel will search across both CV data and the data you have in Salesforce fields.
Auto-suggestions on expanding your query
When adding new filters to your query and using the search bar, Textkernel will provide the most relevant suggestions, similar to a Google search. Textkernel’s ability to know what you mean and not what you type will further save time in the recruiting process.
External search
Now that you’ve created and honed your query, you want to get to the best search results. The search will be applied to both your internal database and also external sources like LinkedIn, meaning recruiters don’t have to switch between several different systems or double up the work on building the search criteria.
Side-by-side comparisons
Once you see a few candidates in the shortlist that you would like to work with, you can look at them in a side-by-side panel view, helping you understand which one would fit the job the best before generating proposals.
Candidate to job match
Agencies often ask us for tips on working with silver candidates. With the new Textkernel integration in Bullhorn for Salesforce, you can not only match a job to a candidate but also a candidate to a job, which will help you place a great candidate you’ve already been in recent contact with. An add-on called Jobfeed allows you to search for job listings outside of your database, generating opportunities that weren’t there before.
