Businesses that use Bullhorn CRM and ATS can now automate the end-to-end candidate documentation process, from pre-hire to placement, with a single solution that improves recruiter productivity and enhances the candidate experience.
Bullhorn Onboarding allows recruiters to manage the many new hire documents needed to get candidates to work quickly – from offer letters and direct deposit forms, to tax documents, driver’s licenses, certifications, security clearances, and other credentials. By sending, tracking and updating these various documents from directly within Bullhorn, recruiters now have one place where they can keep track of candidates who are eligible for work or still owe them information, monitor expiration dates for licenses and certifications, and mitigate employer non-compliance resulting from missing paperwork.
With Bullhorn Onboarding’s new pre-hire functionality, recruiters can initiate new hire packages to candidates at any time – even before they’re placed in a job. This expedites onboarding and time to start once candidates are placed. In addition, companies can configure new hire packages that apply to certain positions or businesses, ensuring that they send candidates all the required forms and documents, and receive them back more quickly.

After recruiters initiate a pre-hire or new-hire package directly from the Recruitment CRM, candidates can sign in to the portal to complete documents, upload digital attachments and provide electronic signatures. By giving candidates a simple and straightforward process to replace cumbersome paperwork, recruiters can get people to work more quickly.

He is passionate about technology and in particular how technology can be used to solve business issues and problems that are inhibiting growth within recruitment businesses.

As the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Tamsyn leads Bullhorn’s Services and Customer Success teams. She is responsible for successful delivery of all products and services globally and is committed to creating and maintaining incredible long term customer experiences in the candidate to cash process. Tamsyn has been delivering implementations for over 25 years with companies such as SAP, Ariba, Zuora: specialising in HR, Payroll, Procurement and Quote To Cash capability. She trained as a software engineer after studying Maths, Statistics, and Computing in England.
Director of International Marketing
As the Director of International Marketing at Bullhorn, Catherine is responsible for all international marketing efforts across EMEA and APAC. Catherine has been with Bullhorn based in the Boston office since 2010 and has recently relocated to London. Over her tenure, she’s overseen several marketing functions including demand generation, marketing operations, and events. She is passionate about marketing technology, building high-performing teams, and leveraging both to drive for results. Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Providence College.
