But then Bullhorn’s founder, CEO and original software architect, Art Papas, discovered that recruitment, staffing and executive search firms could use the system to optimize their services, after meeting the owner of a recruitment agency. Recruiting companies faced tremendous challenges when it came to aligning their client’s needs between remote offices, so Papas built a web-based software-as-a-service solution that made collaboration between offices a whole lot easier.
