Communication skills grew just 5.4% YoY, while trust and composure surged: confident and emotionally stable candidates are up 186.9%, persuasiveness is up 124.8%, reliability is up 111.5%, and trustworthiness is up 50.2%. Curiosity (-30.9%) and ethics (-34.5%) posted the steepest declines, suggesting dependability now outweighs spark in patient-facing hiring.
