Staffing and Recruiting Professionals Cite Steady Economy Amid Continued Industry Growth According to Bullhorn Poll
Industry Margins Remain Consistent with Some Pockets of Growth BOSTON – January 2, 2008 – Bullhorn, the global leader in On Demand, front office staffing and recruiting software, today released the results of its most recent two part online market survey.
The first part of the survey inquired about the state of the economy, while the second part asked about margins and fees. Of the 177 survey respondents to the first part of the survey, 44 percent said the economy is holding steady, 41 percent responded it was worsening, while 15 percent voted it was improving. The second portion of the survey had a total of 114 respondents, which revealed that the majority (40 percent) voted that margins and fees were staying flat; however, 39 percent said margins and fees were increasing, which is due to some pockets of the industry experiencing higher demand than others, such as High-end Executive Placement.
