Bullhorn®, the global leader in recruiting software, today announced the completion of the most successful third quarter in company history. A 50% increase in new client bookings compared to Q3 2012, substantial user growth, and the acquisition of time and expense specialist EASY Software Solutions all underscored Bullhorn’s continued commitment to customer success.
Bullhorn ended the quarter with 3,500 new seats of its ATS/CRM product line. New customers include STAR Oil, Gas, and Power Projects in the Netherlands, Pro Recruitment Group and Parity Resources in the UK, Lack & Daily, Inc. and J. Morrissey in the U.S., and Aviation Labour in Australia. Also in Australia, Bullhorn expanded its Sydney office with several new sales and account management hires.

Bullhorn started off the third quarter of 2013 by acquiring Marketplace partner EASY Software Solutions, makers of timesheet and expense solution timeshEASY, which has now been fully integrated as Bullhorn Back Office. The 100% cloud-based Bullhorn Back Office product – and its team of back office experts in Richmond, VA led by Director of Back Office Solutions Jeff Jefferson – has been a welcome addition for Bullhorn’s customers, who now benefit from having an end-to-end recruiting solution. Twenty percent more customers have opted to take advantage of the product since the acquisition.
The company also made an important addition to its senior leadership team with the hire of veteran technology executive Mark Hounslow as Senior Vice President of Services and Support. Hounslow was most recently Vice President for Americas Services at the universal payments company ACI Worldwide, where he led more than 260 consultants supporting over $128m of business for the largest financial institutions and retailers across the world. At Bullhorn, Hounslow directs the professional services, customer success, and support teams.

As Senior Vice President, Global Support and Training, J.R. leads our global Support and Training for all Bullhorn product lines. J.R. directs both the company’s customer service and training efforts around the world engaging customers throughout all points in the customer journey, both proactively and reactively, delivering incredible customer experiences via transactional interactions and client engagements. He brings a broad range of customer service leadership skills and experience to the company spanning performance management, project management, employee and leadership development, organizational design, and strategy which all align to focus on driving an incredible customer experience. Prior to joining Bullhorn, J.R. led call center optimization efforts for AT&T Mobility, directing the call center strategy for more than 100 contact centers. J.R. has spent 20 years working in the contact center space and has held a number of key leadership roles prior to joining Bullhorn.

Jonathan Novich is SVP of Product and Salesforce for Bullhorn, the global leader in CRM and operations software for the recruitment industry. A staffing technology innovator, he has developed broad and deep product and technical experience consulting to staffing firms over the past 15 years. Jonathan has acted as an independent consultant for some of the largest staffing companies in the world and advised companies on acquisition targets.
At Bullhorn, he oversees product initiatives as more than 10,000 staffing companies rely on Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships, and power their recruitment processes from end to end. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a certificate in Operations Research.
