Bullhorn Launches First Annual International Bullseye Awards to Celebrate Recruitment Innovation and Leadership
27 June 2018, London – Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organisations transform their businesses, will present the first annual International Bullseye Awards at Engage London, the UK’s largest recruitment conference, taking place on 11th and 12th September 2018.
The International Bullseye Awards are designed to honour the people and organisations who have transformed their businesses through innovation and excellence in recruitment, leadership, and technology. The categories are: Rising Star in Recruitment (Individual), Recruitment Leader of the Year (Executive), Innovative Use of Technology (Small-Medium Agencies), and Innovative Use of Technology (Large Agencies). In particular, judges will look for evidence of where individuals and teams have had a strong impact on their organisation’s bottom line.
The deadline for nominations is 15th July. Finalists will then be announced on Friday 20th July, and winners will be announced live at the International Bullseye Awards ceremony, as part of the Engage London event, on 12th September.
Peter Linas, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and International at Bullhorn said “It’s time that hardworking recruiters get the recognition that they deserve. We’ve launched the International Bullseye Awards to recognise rising talent in the industry throughout the UK and Europe, and to celebrate the companies who are leading the way with innovation.”
Linas explained why the International Bullseye Awards are taking place at Engage London, “In 2017, we celebrated the fifth anniversary of Bullhorn Live by expanding the event to two full days, with both in-depth product training and unbeatable industry education. This year, the event has evolved to become part of Bullhorn’s global staffing and recruitment conference series, known as Engage.”
“As the largest recruitment conference in the UK, Engage London brings our customers together with fellow industry professionals to network, learn, and build their businesses. Now it will reward the best in the industry, too.”
“If you know anyone who is suitable for one of our awards, or would like to put yourself or your own company forward, then please do. We want to hear from anyone who has made a real difference within their company,” Linas added.
Nominations can be made online via the website, and entries are encouraged from all recruiters – not just Bullhorn customers. The judging committee is comprised of member from each of the sponsor organisations, Bullhorn and The Global Recruiter, and two outside judges.
Gary King, Commercial Director at The Global Recruiter said “The Global Recruiter is proud to champion continued innovation and excellence across the staffing industry. The Bullseye Awards help to identify and reward those professionals at the very top of their game, making a real difference to the future of work.”
