27 June 2018, London – Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organisations transform their businesses, will present the first annual International Bullseye Awards at Engage London, the UK’s largest recruitment conference, taking place on 11th and 12th September 2018.
The International Bullseye Awards are designed to honour the people and organisations who have transformed their businesses through innovation and excellence in recruitment, leadership, and technology. The categories are: Rising Star in Recruitment (Individual), Recruitment Leader of the Year (Executive), Innovative Use of Technology (Small-Medium Agencies), and Innovative Use of Technology (Large Agencies). In particular, judges will look for evidence of where individuals and teams have had a strong impact on their organisation’s bottom line.
The deadline for nominations is 15th July. Finalists will then be announced on Friday 20th July, and winners will be announced live at the International Bullseye Awards ceremony, as part of the Engage London event, on 12th September.

Linas explained why the International Bullseye Awards are taking place at Engage London, “In 2017, we celebrated the fifth anniversary of Bullhorn Live by expanding the event to two full days, with both in-depth product training and unbeatable industry education. This year, the event has evolved to become part of Bullhorn’s global staffing and recruitment conference series, known as Engage.”

Nominations can be made online via the website, and entries are encouraged from all recruiters – not just Bullhorn customers. The judging committee is comprised of member from each of the sponsor organisations, Bullhorn and The Global Recruiter, and two outside judges.

Jonathan Novich is SVP of Product and Salesforce for Bullhorn, the global leader in CRM and operations software for the recruitment industry. A staffing technology innovator, he has developed broad and deep product and technical experience consulting to staffing firms over the past 15 years. Jonathan has acted as an independent consultant for some of the largest staffing companies in the world and advised companies on acquisition targets.
At Bullhorn, he oversees product initiatives as more than 10,000 staffing companies rely on Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships, and power their recruitment processes from end to end. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a certificate in Operations Research.
