28 July, 2016, London – Leading integrated media agency Space & Time has adopted Bullhorn’s CRM for relationship-driven businesses, designed to help technology and business consulting companies manage existing and prospective client relationships.
Space & Time specialises in strategic media planning and data-driven marketing and has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands – including Google, Facebook and Twitter – on bespoke omnichannel campaigns. The team of award-winning media experts, now well over 70 people strong, chose Bullhorn as its first centralised CRM solution, having previously used Lotus Notes and server based solutions to manage business and customer information.
For Space & Time, Bullhorn stood out from other providers due to the radical transparency made possible by Pulse, Bullhorn’s patented tool for automatic data capture and proactive intelligence. By tracking and analysing all contact interactions (including email and phone), Pulse will enable the agency to build a comprehensive 360-degree view of client engagement.
Bullhorn will also support Space & Time’s management and business development personnel in meeting growth targets by ensuring efficient lead management and helping to reduce account churn.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, J.R. led call center optimization efforts for AT&T Mobility, directing the call center strategy for more than 100 contact centers. J.R. has spent 20 years working in the contact center space and has held a number of key leadership roles prior to joining Bullhorn.

Jonathan Novich is SVP of Product and Salesforce for Bullhorn, the global leader in CRM and operations software for the recruitment industry. A staffing technology innovator, he has developed broad and deep product and technical experience consulting to staffing firms over the past 15 years. Jonathan has acted as an independent consultant for some of the largest staffing companies in the world and advised companies on acquisition targets.
At Bullhorn, he oversees product initiatives as more than 10,000 staffing companies rely on Bullhorn’s cloud-based platform to drive sales, build relationships, and power their recruitment processes from end to end. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and a certificate in Operations Research.
