Fast Track 100: The Hot List

Bullhorn international MD Peter Linas takes a look at this year’s Sunday Times Fast Track 100 companies

The Fast Track 100 is a rank of Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing sales over a three year period. This year, six of those 100 were recruitment businesses and I’m delighted to say that three of them are Bullhorn customers! These companies have each seen between 52%-129% growth over a three year period, and each company’s growth has been supported by using Bullhorn’s recruitment CRM. Here’s the lowdown on those that made the list:

Number 12: Spencer Ogden

Spencer Ogden, the global energy recruiter, claimed the 12th spot in this year’s list. With 13 offices globally and sales of £51.4m, Spencer Ogden has seen a remarkable average growth of 129.68% in the past three years. In 2010, Spencer Ogden launched using Bullhorn’s recruitment CRM to support its team of 20 which, four years later, has grown to over 500.

CEO David Spencer-Percival notes: “Bullhorn’s recruitment software has ably supported our initial growth and we’re confident it will continue to assure our future expansion.”

Number 51: Engage Partners

In 51st place is teacher recruitment provider Engage Partners. The Watford-headquartered group, who place supply and fixed-contract teachers in more than 1000 primary and secondary schools, made the list due to an impressive three year average sales growth of 69.10%. Founded in 2009, the firm has used Bullhorn’s recruitment CRM to support its recent international expansion into Australia which has seen sales rise to £18.3m.

Number 81: Staffgroup

Staffgroup has taken 81st place in this year’s list after registering growth of 52.01%. The global recruitment agency, which operates in more than 40 countries, saw sales rise to an impressive £42.5m in 2013. In September of this year, Staffgroup started using Bullhorn’s cloud platform to support its international expansion.

Suzie Ballard, operations director at Staffgroup explains: “We went through a rigorous selection process and Bullhorn came out on top. Its intelligent reporting system enables us to better track key KPIs and is already massively reducing the time taken to onboard new employees.”

The recruitment industry is growing rapidly and we are dedicated to helping more companies than ever streamline their workflows and focus on billable activity. We look forward to seeing even more Bullhorn customers on the Fast Track 100 next year. Roll on 2015!
