1. Enhanced submittal mapping

Get as close as possible to a 100% submission form completion to reduce manual work and reduce copy/paste from your ATS to VMS. We’ve greatly expanded this so an admin can map any ATS field on the company, job, or candidate to the client submission form, which is especially useful if you’ve done a lot of custom work to your ATS.

2. Auto-populate based on last submission

Reduce repetitive data entry, typos, and speed up the submission process when auto-populating based on last submission. When you’re in the ATS to submit a candidate, it’ll alert you that we’ve found a previous submission. You can choose to start from scratch or use the same exact data that you submitted a few days or hours ago.

3. Draft submissions

If you have an account manager who must review every submission before getting the candidate over the VMS, recruiters can quickly create a draft submission. This draft submission can then be slotted in a queue for the account manager to quickly review and then push off, ensuring you’re submitting your candidates correctly to increase the likelihood that your candidate submissions are accepted.
