Bullhorn is presently developing certain AI capabilities in its products and services in order to empower customers and improve the experience of our customers’ users. Bullhorn is committed to responsible and ethical AI development. We have identified several key principles that guide our development and use of AI.
The key principles include:
- Security: Implementing encryption and security protocols to protect sensitive data consistent with industry standards.
- Minimize Unintended Bias: Utilizing AI technologies that are designed to be as unbiased and representative as possible, and setting guidelines to limit misuse or exploitation.
- Compliance with Applicable AI Laws: Staying abreast of industry standards and national, international, and local legal and regulatory requirements that apply to Bullhorn in order to provide adherence to those standards and requirements.
- Transparency: Communicate about our product developments, policies, and processes (where practicable and reasonable) to maintain trust with customers.
- Accountability: Develop mechanisms for oversight, insight, and guidance in support of responsible AI operations.
- Privacy: Develop AI capabilities in a manner that protects personal data and complies with privacy laws.
A note about auditing: We are designing Amplify, our suite of AI capabilities, with the intention to integrate with generative AI providers / LLMs for the applicable solutions. This will allow our customers to contract with the generative AI provider / LLM of their choice as may be applicable to the specific product and service. It will be the responsibility of customers to audit, in their discretion, the generative AI provider / LLM of their choosing as the company contracting directly with such generative AI provider / LLM. However, as stated above, Bullhorn is committed to developing all our AI capabilities with integrity and in compliance with applicable AI laws and regulations.
