What does CredentialPass services ending mean?
The CredentialPass mobile app and web platform were permanently shut down on September 15, 2025, meaning:
- You are no longer able to access your CredentialPass account.
- All stored credentials and documents have been permanently and securely deleted.
- The mobile/web app no longer functions.
I didn’t get a chance to download my credentials before services ended. What are my options?
We provided notice on August 1, 2025 with reminder emails to download your credentials and documents before CredentialPass services ended. These credentials and documents have been permanently and securely deleted, so unfortunately they cannot be retrieved through the app.
If you’re affiliated with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS), you’re able to continue to maintain your credentials through Onboarding365. Any credentials you’ve provided using CredentialPass or Go HWS mobile app are already synced and stored in HWS’s system. If you have any questions, please locate your recruiter through the Go HWS Mobile app or email HWS.HelpDesk@healthtrustws.com.
