Partner Programs

Our partner programs are designed to ensure that Bullhorn customers across our platforms have easy access to the best staffing technologies to enhance their tech stacks and optimize their business operations. The Bullhorn Marketplace is the first place customers look when assessing new technologies, and we work closely with our partners to ensure their solutions align with customer demand and industry needs.

We work with all of our partners in a variety of ways based on factors like size, strategic alignment, and ability to execute. We offer partner programs for technologies at a multitude of business stages, and with a range of business goals. Each of our partners offers something different to our customers, and we encourage our customers to choose the integrated solution that’s best for their business objectives.

Marketplace Partners

Our Marketplace Partners have demonstrated the highest level of synergy and alignment with the Bullhorn offering, impressive track records with our mutual customers, and a proven interest in growing our integrated offering together.

Each of these partners are essential to the enhancement of Bullhorn’s core offering and work side-by-side with our sales organization.

Committed

Partners in our Committed Program are strategically aligned with Bullhorn, engaging in joint positioning efforts. These partners have a formal, committed revenue share agreement and collaborate closely with Bullhorn’s Alliances and Sales teams. This level of partnership requires a committed revenue share contract, ensuring a strong and sustained relationship.

Non-Committed

Our Non-Committed partners remain collaborative and continue to bring significant value to our shared customers. Their involvement in sales enablement and co-marketing activities is more focused and selective, aligning with their specific priorities driven by market demand.

Developer Partners

The Developer Program equips its members with the tools and resources necessary to develop, test, and deploy repeatable integrations on top of the Bullhorn platform, but does not offer extensive technical, sales or marketing support.

Marketplace Partners may be eligible to participate in marketing activities. You’ll find guidelines for all content opportunities below. To determine if these are a good fit, please connect with your Partner Manager to explore ways to engage.

Social Engagement: Connect with your Partner Manager or email partners@bullhorn.com to request one of the Bulhorn LinkedIn pages to boost your company’s social posts by reposting, liking or commenting.

Blog Posts and Customer Testimonials: All Marketplace Partners are eligible to submit content to Bullhorn’s blog 3-6 times per year. See the kits below for guidelines on submitting content.

Customer Newsletter: Approved content is eligible for inclusion in Bullhorn’s monthly customer newsletter.

Webinars: While we don’t plan and host individual Marketplace partner webinars, we are often willing to join and/or support partner-hosted webinars that align with Bullhorn’s overarching strategy and positioning.

Internal Marketplace Newsletter: If you have any special offers, content, or communications that you would like our support promoting, we promote these to our sales team in a monthly Marketplace Newsletter.
