Curious what product updates and enhancements we’re launching in Bullhorn this month? Read on to explore the highlights of the February 2025 Bullhorn release and what it means for you. We roll our updates out in phases, so if you don’t see these changes reflected in Bullhorn yet, you can expect to see the following highlights in your instance by the end of the month. Bullhorn AI enhancements

  • New look! We have updated the Candidate & Job card to be more prompt-focused and give our customers an easier way to visualize the most important prompts to the recruiter. This is also a stepping stone for a more unified user experience with AI Assistant as we progress towards infusing prompt generation into different recruitment workflows and pages.

Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM

Bullhorn ATS

  • Data Hub external data: Available now, customers can bring data from external data sources into the Bullhorn ecosystem for comprehensive reporting through Bullhorn Analytics & Data Replication! Common use cases include finance data, payroll, and custom apps. Clients have two options to integrate data from external applications:
    • Publish data to the data hub using our Data Hub APIs
    • Engage Bullhorn Professional Services

Bullhorn Automation product updates

Bullhorn Automation

  • Email template builder with saved rows: Available now, we have released the ability to create saved rows, making it easy to save frequently used email blocks when using the drag-and-drop email builder in automation. As a customer who creates a large volume of emails, you can now save a row of your design to reuse it in other email templates, reducing the time and effort spent on repetitive tasks. 

Product updates for Bullhorn VMS Sync

  • API update – AHSA trio: Available now, the AHSA Trio Credentials now support AHSA’s V3 API, providing enhanced security, performance, and reliability. All enabled credentials have been updated with the AHSA API key. New or disabled credentials can add the API key in AHSA/Sync.

Updates to Bullhorn Healthcare solutions

Bullhorn Healthcare

  • Mass action to edit candidate credential status: In the Compliance Manager Requirements Checklist, Candidate Credential status can be changed in bulk for Candidate Credentials that are already matched with a Candidate Requirement. This feature is accessed from the Action Menu within the Placement Requirements and Candidate Credential tabs.

Time & Labor rules engine enhancements

  • Timesheet adjustments enhancement: The text of earn codes will now wrap if they are longer than the column width so the user does not have to click into, or scroll to see the entire earn code.

Time + Expense

  • Transaction uploader UI enhancements: A tool tip now shows the preferences used for previously uploaded files. The history section displays a more accurate count of rows imported vs rows processed.  
  • California Healthcare waiver: For customers in the healthcare industry using California break exceptions, a new Healthcare waiver option was added to help ensure compliance with California labor laws. This option allows healthcare workers with waivers on file to waive one of their meal periods when working more than 8 hours in a day.

  • Tax form updates – We have updated fourteen 2025 US Tax Forms and 9 2025 Canadian TD1s. For the full list, please visit the Product Release Portal

Talent Platform

  • Tax form updates: We have updated 6 2025 US Tax Forms and fourteen 2025 Canadian TD1s. For the full list, please visit the Product Release Portal
  • Package manager rollout: We’re rolling out the new Package Manager to replace the Classic Package Manager. The new Package Manager will be enabled for all customers, featuring an upgraded interface for easier and more efficient management of onboarding form packages. Release dates include:
    • Staging environments: February 6, 2025
    • Production environments: March 13, 2025
