Keep Notes in Sync & Easily Manage Replies
Once you’re finished creating your broadcast, we’ll log all the notes in the candidate profiles automatically for you, that way your team knows who’s messaging who in real-time.
As replies come in, you can either go to the candidate’s profile and open up your 2-way text thread with the candidate or you can view your Text-Em-All Conversations Inbox. The inbox allows you to view all active and past candidate conversation threads between your company and your candidates. You can even mark the conversation you’ve just wrapped up as “done” so that your teammates know the associate has been taken care of. The days of losing a text in your inbox are over!
