We’re constantly rolling out product updates and enhancements, and, sometimes, brand new products! In this detailed roundup of our most exciting changes in Q2, we have Matt Fischer, President and Chief Technology Officer at Bullhorn, introducing Bullhorn One, our new Pay & Bill functionality, and updates to Bullhorn Onboarding.

Introducing Bullhorn One

We’ve extended the Bullhorn platform to provide a full end-to-end solution, all the way from candidate intake through to invoicing—all on one platform, one source of truth, to enable you to run as one team. Bullhorn One includes new Pay & Bill features, below.

Pay & Bill Functionality

We’re excited to introduce Time, Expense, and Invoicing, all on one platform! Configure critical variables on the invoice terms including the effective date, whether timesheet approval is required, how data will appear on the invoice, and specific client locations, and easily generate invoices with a few clicks! Bullhorn’s fully unified start-to-finish solution provides a centralized pay/bill configuration at the client level for downstream efficiencies and connectivity with leading payroll and GL platforms. This release enables firms to collect and interpret time, issue invoices, calculate gross pay, and track gross margin with a pay/bill management system that’s as reliable as your brand.

Bullhorn Onboarding Updates

We’ve rolled out several updates to our newest version of Bullhorn Onboarding. Users can now select and enable additional parties to receive and approve documents. Once the parties are selected, users can view and edit each recipient right from the candidate’s document list within Onboarding using the slideout feature. We’re extremely excited to announce that you can now translate and send onboarding documents in English, Dutch, French, German, and Spanish, and candidates can even specify their preferred language in which to receive documents. Lastly, we’ve created email reminders so that you can now send automated alerts to candidates to complete their onboarding documents, and admins can select the type and frequency of these messages.
