Becoming a first mover with AI

Procom viewed AI as both an operational necessity and a strategic advantage. Adopting Bullhorn Amplify allowed the team to streamline administrative tasks, engage candidates faster, and improve placement outcomes. In its first month, Amplify’s AI-powered screening agent drove 10% of the firm’s offers by connecting recruiters with top candidates immediately after application.

With AI integrated across teams, Procom set new standards for recruiter performance and candidate experience and recruiters were able to handle more complex roles efficiently. Today, candidates expect real-time engagement, while clients anticipate a higher level of vetting and service.

Amplify also provided new insights into both recruiter activity and candidate behavior. Procom could identify gaps in training, track engagement patterns, and respond to candidates more effectively, even after hours.

Driving efficiency and accelerating growth

Procom’s junior recruiters ramped up faster with Amplify, as they have been able to use AI to deconstruct roles, create search strings, generate screening questions and, most importantly, generate placements in their first two months. This shortened time to productivity and improved the overall quality of submissions.

We had five new recruiters start between October 1 through November 1. All five recruiters in their first three months have deals but this group already has 20 placements combined. Normally, we would be seeing one to two placements. This team is averaging over one per month since they started. They are not only meeting or exceeding their submission targets but also the conversion over to the client at over 60% with some at 75%. The conversion ratio is something that we don’t normally see until the end of their first year
