Bullhorn Opens First-Ever Bullseye Awards for Staffing Innovation
BOSTON – FEB. 6, 2017 – Bullhorn®, the cloud computing company that helps staffing and recruiting organizations transform their businesses, today announced it has opened nominations for its first-ever Bullseye Awards for Staffing Innovation sponsored by ClearEdge Marketing.
Accepting entries now through Friday, March 17, the Bullseye Awards recognize the outstanding achievements of individuals and organizations who are taking bold and innovative approaches to solving critical challenges in sales, delivery, and technology infrastructure. The Bullseye Awards offer the following submission categories:
- Rising Star in Sales and Recruiting: this award recognizes an individual high-performing sales or recruiting professional who has demonstrated incredible commitment to driving results for his or her agency, thinking and acting innovatively, building strong client and candidate relationships, and prioritizing customer and candidate experience.
- Rising Star in Operations and Technology: this award recognizes an individual high-performing operations or technology professional who has leveraged technology infrastructure improvement or back office operations to generate greater efficiency at his or her staffing agency, all while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering an incredible customer experience.
- Most Innovative Use of Technology: this award recognizes an entire staffing or recruiting agency that has implemented a project or series of projects that have made pioneering use of innovative technologies including but not limited to: artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, new technology models for staffing and workforce development, candidate engagement, candidate search and match, VMS, onboarding, and more. If your agency has done something amazing with technology in the past year and have results to showcase, please pursue this category.
Staffing leaders are encouraged to nominate rising stars on their teams, and staffing professionals are encouraged to self-nominate for those award categories recognizing individuals.
Bullhorn will announce the finalists on Monday, April 3, and will name the winners at its Engage 2017 conference – its annual industry conference that explores the opportunities and challenges associated with accelerating business growth by engaging customers, talent, and leaders. Engage 2017 will take place Wednesday, June 7, through Friday, June 9, at The Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston.
Engage 2017 will present the theme of “The New Relationship Economy,” referring to the tremendous and unprecedented opportunities afforded by the socioeconomic, technological, and political tectonic shifts of the last year. The event, which celebrates its 10th anniversary, will feature more than 30 powerhouse speakers, more than 25 in-depth sessions, and numerous first-class networking opportunities.
