Bullhorn to Present about ‘How Robots Will Enhance—Not Destroy—Recruiters’ Jobs’ in Upcoming American Staffing Association Webinar

WHO: Bullhorn

WHAT: The American Staffing Association Webinar: “How Robots Will Enhance—Not Destroy—Recruiters’ Jobs”

WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 14, 3 p.m.-4 p.m. ET

WHERE: Online at http://ow.ly/rB4S30fNzyC

WHY: Jonathan Novich, Bullhorn’s vice president of product, will discuss the impact of automation on recruiting in an upcoming American Staffing Association (ASA) webinar. Entitled “How Robots Will Enhance—Not Destroy—Recruiters’ Jobs,” Novich will share strategies to navigate the new world of automation and recruiting.

Many recruiters fear that clients view them as commodities, and that automation and machines will eliminate their jobs. However, this fear is largely misguided. Like with so many past technological advances, the introduction of automation will help promote recruiters.

In the future, services and robots will help manage tasks such as scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and sending out emails, transforming recruiters into true executives—those who use their expertise of the labor market, their rich understanding of candidates, and their personal mastery of the craft of conversation to match the best talent to the best opportunities. The trivialities of scheduling, screening, entering data, and following up will be left to the robots themselves, essentially enabling humans to do what humans do best: form and grow relationships.

During his 60-minute presentation, Novich will also dispel common misconceptions about automation so staffing professionals can use the technology to its fullest advantage. He will also examine how to plan for the impact of automation on revenue and headcount over the next five to 10 years.

The webinar is free for ASA members and is $295 for non-members. It also qualifies for 1.0 active hour of continuing education toward maintaining ASA credentials. To register for the webinar, please visit http://ow.ly/rB4S30fNzyC.
